There are two locations in downtown Healdsburg. The one right in the square can get busy. We went to the one near the cvs. Less busy and service was top notch. Super clean, modern coffee shop. Had the worst macchiato ever and I know my coffee. Asked for it in a ceramic cup, which obviously wasn't the thing to ask for. What I got was a slurry of grounds and liquid. Not kidding. No stained milk or design on top. And for this I paid $5. Really? Maybe a fluke, but I think not. read more

The barista was very helpful and was able to help me select a drink. I also bought a bag of medium roast beans from them. The coffee shop is fairly small and there's limited seating. This is a good place to grab and go rather than sit and chitchat. I will definitely will be coming back to try other drinks. read more

I was recommended by a good friend to sample this coffee house, as he said it was very good. He is local to the Bay Area, and I am not. This place was busy with people coming and going, as we waited outside, trying to figure out what we were going to do next. From a ambience perspective, there's not much to it, very small place, a couple seats, but mainly the bar where you walk up and order your drink. I ordered my wife, a cappuccino, which came in a very small, very thin, hard to hold, as it was very hot, which is a good thing with coffee. As far as the product in the cup, it was made quite well, and not watered down with too much milk. We both enjoyed it. read more

Flying Goat is a coffee shop on the southeast corner of the Healdsburg Plaza, smack in the heart of town. I visit all of the coffee shops in town for different reasons. This 5-star review is for their COCONUT CHIA PUDDING and CARROT CAKE OVERNIGHT OATS...and for the DOG BONE BISCUITS (freshly baked daily with human-grade ingredients. YES, if you're wondering, I've tried the dog biscuits. Not sweet enough for me but my pups devour them.) -Coconut Chia Pudding: oat milk, chia seeds, coconut yogurt, vanilla, maple syrup + granola and blueberries -Carrot Cake Overnight Oats: oats, oat milk, coconut yogurt, shredded carrots, chia seeds, raisins, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon + walnuts and toasted coconut This newer location is bright and cheery inside; they have a smaller sister location in the CVS shopping center. Staff are always very welcoming at both locations. Best matcha latte in the area. Have yet to find a place that rivals it in Sonoma County. Have also tried their black cardamom orange mocha, bangkok, and coconut bangkok. Their coconut bangok is personally my favorite coffee in the area and have come back frequently for it. Bangkok is just as good, a less stronger version of a Vietnamese coffee which i personally really enjoy. read more

A fine place to get coffee off the Healdsburg Plaza. This is a new location, just several blocks from its Roastery. In addition, it's open much later until 5pm. Highly recommend the latte which can be made with almond/oat/soy milk alternatives. Also carries daily fresh baked bagels by local-based Marla Bakery, with vegan cream cheese options. Also has vegan pastries, while supplies last. Check out their shelf of coffee beans and appliances for additional purchases. FGC has large windows that overlook the square and can be opened when the weather is nicer. Seating is limited to two counters with four stools each. Free Wifi with sockets to plug in your laptop. Their water dispenser has both still and sparkling options. A simple pleasure, I found myself going back for the sparkling. FGC is dog-friendly and the staff is super welcoming. The coffee is one of the best in town. Have only been there twice but both times it was very good. I did ask a question about recommending a non bitter coffee and it proved to be wrong so I would recommend some more training in coffee types/flavors. Just excellent cup of coffee, if looking for something, sweet I would recommend the Bangkok, but the Americano is fabulous.

Service is always quick and consistent which is key! I love their chia pudding ! I always love their lattes either oatmeal iced or hot and they make a mean chai. Everyone's always friendly , definitely limited seating at both locations in Healdsburg but if you can get a window seat it's fun to people watch and say hi to locals :) read more

It's hard to find fresh, quality coffee that is consistent, but here it is. The beverages are balanced in flavors, not too sweet, and you can tell it's a coffee drink! My order is consistent every time as well, which is pretty hard considering there are different baristas preparing it.
