A sweet women-owned tea shop / gift shop in downtown Healdsburg, offering a variety of loose leaf teas and more. I've walked by many times and a friend finally took me in - she told me that many of the restaurants in Healdsburg use teas from Russian River Tea Company. My friend has tried many of the loose leaf teas offered. I really liked the one we tried - we had it iced - and now I'm forgetting the name...was it Tropical Breeze, or Island Breeze, or something to do with Hawaii? I'll have to return and report back. There's a lot packed into the small space. They offer tea towels, tea pots, insulated mugs, local chocolates, some clothing items, and more. Take a peak in the next time you walk by, and hopefully you'll find a tea and and other little treasures to brighten your day. read more

I needed some decaffeinated loose leaf tea so checked yelp for a place nearby. This tea company sounded like a charming place to visit so the three of us headed out to Healdsburg on a Sunday afternoon. Parking can be challenging but you will find a spot if you don't mind walking. It was fun to stroll down the blocks and see the various shops and restaurants along the way. I almost missed the tea shop! It is a tiny storefront next to an art gallery and I entered the gallery by mistake. The shop itself is tiny but organized. The lady working there told us that we could smell the teas as there were little jars above each package of tea. She explained how the teas were organized by herbal, black, green, and a few white teas. The loose teas are already packaged and ready for purchase. They come in 50 gram size (little less than 2 ounces). The majority were blends with the ingredients and price listed on the front of each package. They sell individual tea samplers too if you want to just try a cup. They offer a really nice variety. There are lots of cute gift items and chocolates too. While we were there, several groups of people came in to buy and quickly left. They must know which flavors they like. A darling place to visit with friends and family. read more

the kindest staff ever. such a sweet cozy space with a wide variety of loose leaf teas. very unique tea blends as well! they have little containers to smell each of the teas and little 1-2$ tea bags to sample. my friend got a candle that smells delicious and i felt their pricing was very generous especially for their tea. highly recommend checking this place out and giving a kind hello to their staff. read more

I love a good loose leaf tea on a rainy day. The RR Tea company offering a huge selection of hand crafted teas. It's the only place in the area I'll buy my tea. I had a great dinner at the Matheson Restaurant and at the end I ordered a decaf black tea, and what I got was definitely not a black tea but very tasty. So different from any tea I've ever had before and I've been drinking tea my whole long life. Found out that I had been served "Sun Goddess" from the Russian River Tea Company. At home I got online and ordered it. I'm hooked. It's what I now have for dessert every night. It's nice that they don't charge a shipping fee, and the package the tea comes in is really cool the way its transparent near the bottom so that I can easily see to scoop the tea into my tea ball. read more

This is a lovey little tea and gift shop that has fun items. I was able to enjoy some browsing and visit with the owner today. I highly recommend this shop on a stroll to dinner at Valette or some drinks at BarnDiva. To the reviewer The M. It's rather interesting that you were in the shop with your adult daughter before our governor had re-opened the state to self righteous tourist like you. (BTW, what does her age status have to do with any of this?) The owner of the store was wearing a mask when I walked in today. So, either your narrative is as fake as your purse or your some deranged Karen who believes she is the public health police. Instead of Yelp, spend more time at Applebee's. Holly was generous enough to do a Zoom tea tasting for our large group. I ordered a sampler of many of her teas, and let me tell you--what an incredible treat! I have only tried a few so far, but they are all delicious, high-quality, and unique. As a non-coffee drinking "tea toller," I have sipped lots of teas in my lifetime. Holly's teas rank up there as some of the best. I also appreciate the variety of choices and how easy it is to order online. Aside from world class tea, I like supporting a woman-owned business. Stopped by this shop while I was in town visiting for a wedding and loved all of the tea options (and it's loose leaf, which is hands down the best since you see the quality of the leaves rather than powdered leaves in a pre-packed tea bag). The owner was super hospitable and very knowledgeable about the differences between each tea selection, so I was able to ask all the questions I needed. It's been nearly two years since I first visited and even though I live in Texas, I still order tea from here regularly. If you're unsure which teas to try, her sampler packs are the best, and that isn't even accounting for the reasonable pricing! I've recommended RRTCo. to many people since. read more

I love this store! I discovered it on a recent trip to Sonoma and I was so impressed but their collection. I brought some home with me and was relieved to discover I could order more online when I ran low. My favorites are the 5-Star Black tea and the Meyer Lemon Green Tea which I use to make the most amazing Arnold Palmers. Love this place! Stopped by on our walking tour and had a couple samples of both hot and cold tea. Interesting fact iced and chocolate is amazing! Who would have thought!! I love the way they have their smellers set out with magnets hanging and all of the teas are greatly priced! Definitely will be stopping by here again the next time I'm in town! Update to the review: it is a little pricey and while the samples were great the tea that I took home wasn't very flavorful and lost a couple of points with me. This little shop was the surprise highlight of our walking wine & food tour of Healdsburg. The proprietor, Holly, is charming and very helpful. First of all, I'm a coffee person. Dark roast served black and strong brewed. I would not have bought this tea ("Peppermint Bark") except there was a free sample to taste. Wow! It still,tastes great two days later at home here in Humboldt. It's the perfect afternoon pick-me-up! I ended up buying five bags of different teas as gifts. There are so many blends that it's hard to chose so I appreciate that Holly (shopkeeper) knows her products so well and can help. Since I'm not a tea drinker (well, I wasn't until now) I had to buy a tea pot. I love this set! It's enamel clad cast iron with a tea strainer and two matching cups. Lovely chartreuse with dragon flies and black enamel inside. Also a nice art piece. What can I say, I love good quality! I also bought a few tea towels. I love to bake breads and pies so I also love tea towels and there is quite a selection. There's tons of other items: tea pots, cups, spoon rests, hats, chocolate, all sorts of great gifts for you or your loved ones. I definitely recommend this place. I love my loose leaf tea and this place has a great variety. The shop attendant was pretty friendly and happy to answer any questions. I enjoyed the breakfast blend I picked up and the prices seem pretty reasonable. The tea shop smelled good, but there was some sort of scented candle (or something burning that produced scent) that was kind of overwhelming when trying to smell the subtle scent of the various teas. read more
