My husband and I are looking for toddler friendly activities to do on the weekends Flying Squirrel Trampoline Park did not disappoint. I purchased the passes, socks, and read/signed the waiver for each jumper prior to arrival we got checked in very quickly. I recommend doing this because when we arrived there was a cluster of people waiting at the entrance to read/sign waiver, purchase passes and socks. Although very busy my toddlers had a wonderful time. I've been to several trampoline parks in varying cities, FS was well thought out to accommodate everyone of any age. I was very appreciative of the numerous seating areas located throughout the park I was able to sit away from the primary play area. We will definitely return, and highly recommend!

I've taken my son to every trampoline park from Everett to Tacoma. This one is one of the better ones. They have the trampolines, but also have a inflatables area, and a play ground area with a slide. Then there is rock climbing too. A lot of other places I have been to don't have such a variety of things to do. Not to mention the arcade. My son is almost 3 and while he may not be able to do the rock climbing, there is enough for him to do for a good time. You just have to follow him around. I started early with him taking him to trampoline parks and funtastic playtorium when he was just over 2 years old. These places including Flying Squirrel are great for developing their motor skills and coordination. I would say this trampoline park does the best job at having a little bit of everything for a wide age range. Hopefully they finish the miniature golf course soon.

It's okay. It seems overcrowded and understaffed, but the play part is a good deal for the price. I am also concerned about security because I do not think they do a good job at all of keeping kids from going out the door--this could lead to a terrible situation, and they really need to fix this. They make bank on the play area. It's a casino for kids. Stay away. Just don't let your kids play there, or you will spend a HUGE amount of money. My biggest complaint is NOT ENOUGH STAFF. My second biggest complaint is MOST OF THE STAFF DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE. They roam around and mostly ignore people seeking help. Oh, and the restrooms are HORRIBLE. They need to be cleaned much more often.

Mini mini golf. Seemed pretty empty most of the time I was there, but it looked cool.

Went to play putt putt but most of the holes were out of order. Shouldn't advertise that you have putt putt when it doesn't work.

It was definitely an upgrade! The customer service was on point as was the rest of our stay. I must admit the room we were given (a 2-bedroom deal with a kitchenette) had beds that were the best we'd slept in, at least at this price range. The rest of the hotel, swimming pool/hottub, and whole layout (which was confusing at first with the hallways looking like something from The Shining, a literal maze at first) the complimentary breakfast (the same as other places BUT the scrambled eggs were to LIVE for!) were all in my opinion, top notch. I didn't get to use the gym or laundry facilities, but they looked pretty interesting as well. It was just an overall great experience for an overnight stay. Highly recommended and a future stay would be in the cards for us, most definitely!

It saddens me to write this review, as over the years we have collected many great memories in our…read morerelationship with this studio. I also have friends who helped make this studio a success over the years- I hope they can understand the spirit behind this review and what compels me to speak out. My first commitment is to my child- who I will fiercely advocate for, to the neurodivergent community as a whole, and raising awareness. Nine straight years with Applause with a neurodivergent child. My child grew up at this studio. I wasn't always the perfect dance mom due to my own ADHD struggles with time management, but I contributed a lot to this studio over the years. In the end, we had to move on from this studio due to the rigid management style of their current director, Amanda. While as studio manager she has provided a much-needed organizational structure, in addition to a creative spirit. It's the mistreatment and disregard with regard to the needs of the neurodiverse that compels me to write a less than favorable review. I asked her to incorporate diversity and equity inclusion policy into the studio's mission. That was not done. While there are a couple older kids who may identify as neurodivergent that attend Applause- and management likes to tout inclusivity and kindness- there are no official protocols and considerations to serve as a guide for teaching staff. When you add a rigid management style to that, the end result is a child who exits with a literal broken heart. I am deeply disappointed Amanda did not take my suggestion with official DEI incorporation, as I feel she would have learned valuable skills and insight I feel she is lacking as a young studio manager. She was a child when I first met her, and I spent years rooting her on. So it really is especially disappointing. I have had several conversations with Amanda regarding my child's struggles there- which include shunning, and a bullying incident that occurred in their theater group at the age of 9 that we sought therapy for. She is aware there are multiple other exceptionally talented children who were pushed out from the studio with the same struggles. We hung on. I think she feels she has done right by us, and fulfilled her role as studio manager. I have hit a brick wall. We would just continue the rounds of what she feels she's done, and me trying to convey and help her understand how the studio could improve with examples. In recent months, I could see her attitude toward me change. So there really is nowhere else to go with the relationship, except to encourage a DEI policy and follow it. It's their responsibility. I would also recommend working better with the kids they promote to teach classes. It's one thing to say "sorry that didn't work for you". But does that identify and fix problems that arise with inexperienced kids promoted to teach classes without proper direction? You've got to walk the walk- and having a mission statement, plus policy and procedures surrounding equity and inclusion is a great start. I wish this studio the best.
