There are many reasons behind my 1 Star review. First of all, my wife and I booked in February for my daughters birthday party in May. So that we would could get the private glass room up by the trampoline area. We called plenty of times to confirm details of our reservation. But the day before the party I was told that they made a mistake& that they could not give us that room. They had double booked it. They didn't give us our free sodas how the package says. The food came out almost an hour late. Even though I requested extra food and drinks 3 weeks before my party. What's the point of planning ahead if they won't listen to your requests. I will never make a bother reservation here again. read more

Kids love it, and the plus is that they do get all sorts of sensory input and energy out. The cons are -- violent shooter video games right by the birthday party area (which are often filled with kiddos waaaay too young for that sort of thing), lack of visibility/signage so being there with multiple kids is hell if you're on your own, no hand sanitizer was filled, no security measures if a kid wanders off or somebody tries to take them, totally zoned out/apathetic teenage staff, and just a super overstimulating environment all around. read more

At the end of a birthday party they ask you for a $70-$100 tip. I was shocked by the ask. Not to be rude but all they did was put dollar store table cloths down and bring out our pizzas when they were ready.... We couldn't even find a staff member to refill our water pitcher and anytime we needed something or had a question we had to stand in line at the party register to wait to get our question answered. I tipped at the end because I was in shocked and I'm always a generous tipper... but when you have high school kids as your "party hosts" then your service is likely mediocre at best... which wasn't a big deal to me until they wanted another $100 tip for the "host" read more

Recently had my son's 10th birthday party here. It was on a hot day so the AC was much appreciated. The space was vast with lots of jumping options which all the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly though I'm sure it depends on who your party host is - Mick was great. For your party planning purpose, I had 13 kids and 6 adults for 5 pm party - order at least 5 pizzas and that is on the conservative side. Forgo the party salad but fruit platter was worth it. Money will go very fast at the gaming area as you would expect. But overall, I would definitely consider this place again. read more

It's a pretty fun place to go for entertainment. We've attended a few fun birthday parties here as well. They really do need to offer membership options like their Spokane location. It gets really spendy for families with more than 2 kids. I have never see them cleaning or sanitizing anything, and we've gone numerous times in AM and PM. read more

Huge rip off . Over priced to start. Altitude has way more trampoline space and for half of the price. Over half of the Arcade games didn't work and for the ones that did work, they cost a ton of money per play. Example is 2.00 per 40 second play on the basketball hoop arcade game. All games match that same amount. It's crazy. Mini golf, about half of the holes had technical difficulties either with the mechanics of the hole, or the screen that tracks your progress at each hole. The maintenance of this place is pathetic and so is the pricing. Go elsewhere. You have other options. read more

Look elsewhere for birthday parties. We bought their VIP package, which just means a private room closer to the play area. Must have been over $700 for under 20 kids. GO ELSEWHERE --- to DEFY (Tukwila), Elevated Sportz (Bothell), Pump It Up (Kirkland) For the VIP, we thought we were getting a dedicated party host - like we were told by the manager who set us up for the party. BUT they bait you and you actually have an inexperienced gal who is catering to many other parties at the same time. That is what you call VIP and charge this crazy rate? Shame on you Flying Squirrel. Our host was no where to be found 90% of the time and absolutely USELESS - when we needed drinks, help, etc. We were one of the FIRST parties -- the place was EMPTY. Missing host... bad management... Hmmmmm Check-in process for us and guests were a nightmare. Missing party host who wasn't there to check in all our guests. We had friends just standing around waiting, while we tried to track down the gal/host is supposed to give each child a bracelet. Again, this place was NOT BUSY. Where the heck did she hide? Water? Because kids get thirsty after bouncing around for a few minutes? Missing party host. We ended up buying water for our guests from the concession stand. Our VIP package included water bottles that the host should have brought early into the party. Not 45 minutes later. Coming here just to play with your kids? We did that too on a rainy weekend. All the people working at Flying Squirrel are horrible. They literally hate their jobs and make it clear they hate you too if you even look their way or ask them for anything like - "I would like 2 passes for my kids. 1 hour" - expect the LOOK OF DEATH. Every single employee there hates YOU the CUSTOMER. read more

This place is missing something very important and that is safely and security to know that my child is safe and can't just walk out with a stranger and just for reassurance especially for parents with multiple kids the place should have some security set up where they have a way to track parent to child entrance and exit. Not a place to let your child play to celebrate their birthday. Paula at the door completely ruined our first time here. My large family came to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We were in no way trying to have a party. Merely wanted my daughter to feel special on her birthday. The moment we walked in Paula thought that because my daughter was wearing a birthday headband that we were trying to have a party. There is nothing on the website that says people aren't allowed to come celebrate their birthday here if they aren't wanting to book a party. Plenty of people celebrate birthdays without that. We didn't have a table cover, banner, cake, food, etc. In fact, I bought pizzas and food from the restaurant. But when I tried bringing in a single balloon for her to have with her present and some goodie bags for her to give to her friends (that contained little toys, a sketch pad and pencils) Paula said it wasn't allowed if I didn't have a party reservation. Nothing on the website says anything about this. I even called and spoke to one of the girls at the front and she said if I didn't have cake, food or drink that it was allowed. It's unfortunately left a bad taste in my mouth. I will never celebrate my children's birthdays here and tell other's not to either. If you're taking your kids here just to play, great. But if there is any indication that your child wants to have fun on their birthday expect the woman at the door to harass you about what your child is wearing or holding. read more

This place is awesome!! So many things to do with the jumping session. The only thing you pay extra is for golfing and the arcade. They have a mini food court and seats everywhere where the trampolines are viewable so the parents can see while the kids play and you still have eye sight to them. HORRIBLE and not worth the cost. Be ready to pay and do pretty much everything yourself and managers/owners who do not care. Better to go to Playdate Seattle where we had a second party May 22nd - knocked it out of the park. Had birthday party at Flying Squirrel a week ago on a Sunday May 15th 10am - the very first party spot of the day when the place was 99% empty. Got the upgraded VIP room and package for 19 children. Paid over $800 for HORRIBLE SERVICE. We reached out to the management several times and have not heard back. Seriously don't think Flying Squirrel cares about customers. Gave a few stars because Caleb helped me setup the party details (weeks before the party) and was very helpful. Details below. It was chaotic and disorganized from the check-in process. Our party host seemed like she was new and seemed overwhelmed with what to do. It was overall a stressful experience for us because the party hosting duties fell heavily on our shoulders. She was missing half the time and had to be told explicitly what to do - like getting water for the children over an hour into the party, for example. We expected hands-on help from party hosts as a major reason we upgraded to the VIP package. We were left managing the party and 19 children largely ourselves, also by recruiting help from other parents. Everyone commented on how awful the service was. - Party host: Really disorganized, seemed new, had to be told what to do rather than being proactive (i.e., getting waters, serving food, etc.). Missing most of the time - turns out we learned she was helping other parties. It was really awful service. We expected much more with a VIP package. - Set-up: We were told we could set-up 15 minutes prior. We stood in the pouring rain, in front of the main entrance to FS along with several other party families knocking on the door. The doors were locked and we could see people inside. Myself and others tried calling FS several times and kept receiving a voice message. We could see employees inside, but no one acknowledged this group standing outside in the rain. We did not get in until 10am - we walked over to the "party" entrance by chance. This should have clearly been communicated to the party families on which entrance to enter through. We were told repeatedly that "only guests" were to come through the party entrance. - Guest check-in: Very disorganized. Per FS' instructions to have guests check-in at the "party entrance", many of my guests did so. But the problem was that our party host was not at the party check-in, and our guests were getting wrong bands for the wrong party. So we had to apologize to our guests that they had to re-do their check-ins. - Water: Over and hour into our party, I had to try to track down our party host to ask for water. Our package included bottled waters. We should have had water at the outset. Children were exhausted and needed water well before. Parents were purchasing water for their children. Our host was missing and then told me she was bouncing between other parties. That was news to me. - Food: The host delivers the food and tells me that the kids can serve themselves at the food table. We have 19 children ages 4-9 years old which would have been chaotic. I asked her for help serving since it would be chaotic to have children serving themselves. This is where we could have really used another host during food. I had to jump in along with asking 2 other parents. We expected things like this to be run by Flying Squirrel and take the stress and burden off of us. Many of our friends commented on how awful the services were at FS. - Bouncy house ball deflated and children's climbing gym closed: When we signed up for a party at FS, we were told the climbing gym would be available to little ones. My son and other children in the party are under the age of 5 years old, and we were explicitly looking forward to them using the little kids area. Also, we requested numerous times to our party host for the hanging ball in the bouncy house to be inflated. She said she would look into it. It is one of my childrens' favorite things. On our party day, we were really hoping FS could make this happen. Overall, it was a really stressful experience for us to have to essentially host the party when we should not have. The party host assigned to us was clearly inexperienced, we ended up doing most of the basic hosting duties (and asking parents for help), and had to try to chase our host down half the time for basic things like water and checking people in. We feel that minimum 2 dedicated hosts should be assigned to the VIP parties. read more

OMG This place is amazing came here Saturday for a friends birthday party and I am absolutely blown away they have everything here and the place is huge they even have a rock climbing center you can do and for parties if you need socks they are covered they've got a room for the birthday party a separate glass room they even have concessions for you to enjoy food and beverage lots and lots of games mini golf included and lots of places to sit down they have lots of options to jump they also have basketball dodgeball and pretty much everything definitely coming back and the staff was not one bit rude at all great for birthday parties and the list goes on read more

Putt Putt Golf: Out of the 14 holes there were 4-5 holes not working. However, employees don't tell you this before purchasing. So wasted money on that. Arcade: Over half of the games have been "Out of Service" for over 3-5 months. Basketball game safety netting is falling off and looks overly used. Poorly maintained. Prizes are so HIGH in tickets but majority of the games don't gift tickets. Arcade area is definitely a BIG FAIL!! Food: I already wasn't expecting much but the food is lackluster. We were served old fries, chicken tenders was hard and dry, "warm" cookie was hard as a rock and not warm at all. Best thing about the concessions are the Slushies! Orange Cream flavor is the BEST! If I come back it will be only for the slushie. I mean literally but the slushier and leave!!!! read more

Brought my young teens here on a rainy day. They lived the jumping with fun things to jump over and onto which most trampoline parks do not have. They lived the slack line and all the different types of climbing walls where very fun. It was a fun way to spend the afternoon! read more

The facility was extremely positive and inviting, due to the activities that I (the adult) could've partaken in but; especially for my kiddos. There was Trampoline jumping, Rock Pilar climbing, Kid obstacle Course play zone, Futuristic Putt putt golf, and Arcade Center with Cafe and Birthday Rental area. From the moment We arrived Everything was clearly explained and easy to follow. We wore "bracelets" which kept track of our time We paid for. My boyfriend takes his son to this place regularly. His son enjoys it and for that reason I give a few stars. However, we are in the middle of flu/RSV season and every single hand sanitizer was empty. I told at least 3 employees and even the manager, and still no one refilled them at all! And brushed me off. Mind you. This has the busiest time of a Friday night! Then we went to play some games. Half the games were out of order, so we found the few that didn't have an out of order sign and of course. Flying squirrel is AMAZING!! We have been to all of the indoor play places in the Seattle area and this far exceeds the others. My 4 children (16 months to 6 years old) all had a blast. There are so many activities to do that we could t fit it all in during our 1.5 hours which means we have stuff to look forward to next time! We went there for a birthday party. The facility is great, lots to do and seemed to be very clean. The pizza was pretty good, especially for a recreational spot like this (you really don't expect the best). About 10 minutes into jumping, my mid-thirties ankle couldn't take it anymore and popped out leaving me with a massive sprain. They were so attentive, kind and helpful with anything I needed. Despite being injured and not being able to participate with my kids, the staff made sure I could at least watch them in every part of the facility. I received ice, water, a wheel chair and they have a lift to get you to the second level where most of the trampolines are. I will definitely go here again, but be safer about my jumping ;) read more

Their pizza by the slice is expensive $4.00, cheaper to buy a whole pizza, and they don't taste very good, the menu reader board changes back and forth between two readers which is hard to read, over half of their machines don't work or they have signs on them out for maintenance, the machines are also very expensive $1.00 plus per try. read more

Had my son's birthday party and for the price of the package and the quality of food I would 100% recommend this place. My three year old loves this place, but there is no jumping area for younger kids so he ends up getting run down by older kids time and time again. My real issue though is that the last time I brought my son here, I had my 15-month old daughter with me. When I was signing in they asked if both kids would be jumping... $20 for a baby to be there? That's insane. I said no, we were here for my son (there is no place for babies to safely play). Of course my daughter, who is walking, did not want to be held when she saw all the fun the kids were having and wanted to run around on the trampolines. I kept her within arm's distance of me, but one of the employees told me that if she was going to be on a trampoline she needed a wristband. There is no way I am going to pay $20 for my baby to get run down by dozens of unsupervised middle schoolers whose parents are drinking white claws on their phones not paying attention.
