Needed a transmission flush and fluid replaced for my Mercedes. Quoted $3000 at the dealership and paid a third of the price here! Thomas helped me out and it was very easy to schedule and get my car back the same day. Even though it took longer than expected, he was very communicative and made me feel taken care of. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and recommended places around where I could wait for my car. They provide food and water and a seating area, but it definitely gets busy as the day goes on. I got lucky w an early appointment and was there before the crowd ! Brought my E550 in and they were awesome! Had a CEL light coming on which was showing some internal gaskets that needed to be changed out that I couldn't get to.
