You can also make appointments for after 5pm which, as anyone who works a 9-5 knows, is awesome. The owner is really friendly, professional, and made me feel really comfortable. On 3/21/16, I contacted FNL in San Francisco to have my fingerprints retaken for a notary commission. FNL was easy to contact (fax/text/email), conveniently located (BART) with convenient hours. Francisco who runs FNL was extremely helpful and processional in his approach. He explained why my fingerprints had to be retaken and diligently worked to obtain quality prints. He provided a phone number that I could call to check the prints. When I encountered problems with obtaining an update, I contacted Francisco for his assistance. Established in 2013.

FNL was thought as a business opportunity years before its establishment in 2013. The owner created this small local business having a goal in mind: creating a long-term relationship with the community. Before creating FNL and while working in the legal field for more than 10 years, he was often frustrated for not being able to have a good and reliable place where to refer and send his clients to get each (or all) of the services that FNL now provides: fingerprints for the FBI, Notary Public services, Live Scan fingerprint, and passport photos, etc. From that frustration, he created FNL. Instead of looking for that "go-to-guy (or gal)", he could become the one. The first two years have been challenging and exciting and FNL has been able to obtain a small but loyal group of customers. That loyalty and the friendship built with his customers is what make the owner and operator of FNL glad of embarking in this endeavor that is opening a small business in downtown San Francisco.

Professional, patient, and thorough. Located on the 10th floor, his small office is clean and well lit! In and out in 10 minutes -- Francisco is also cheaper than most places only charging $20 plus the government fee. read more
