Francisco is a wonderful person and an outstanding professional. Having previously been to photo centers at Walgreens and CVS, where more often than not, people do not exactly understand anything other than standard requirements, working with Francisco was a pleasant surprise. I called him to inquire whether he takes photos for a Schengen visa. Not only did he understand what I meant, he was aware of the exact specifications and told me the dimensions on the phone. When I got there, he asked me how many copies I needed. I told him 2. He informed me that every Schengen country many have slightly different requirements about how much focus the face should have. He gave me two copies that focus more on the face and two more that are slightly zoomed out, for the price he quoted for just two. Not only that, he even offered to take new photos for free if these were rejected. He went above and beyond to help his client and I really appreciate that. On 3/21/16, I contacted FNL in San Francisco to have my fingerprints retaken for a notary commission. FNL was easy to contact (fax/text/email), conveniently located (BART) with convenient hours.
