I had previously gone to a different location in SF to get a background check for my Spanish student visa 2 years ago, but decided to try Francisco mainly when I saw he offered advice on Apostille services. The time before I had no rush, but this time I needed good advice on how to get my background check Apostilled as quickly as possible. I told Francisco my plan, which I thought would work, and he informed me that I could visit a website (internationalapostille.com, but he said he had no partnership with them so he wasn't recommending them on commission... which maybe he should) that could get everything done for me (for $195) in 4-5 business days! His advice and excellent fingerprinting service allowed me to get everything I needed processed on time so I really owe him so much more than the $43 background check. (Or whatever the exact dollar amount was) The other location I had went to in SF had only promised they would help me fill out the Apostille form and prepare the envelope to send to D.C., which is still great, but that would not have gotten me the papers I needed in the time I had, so I am glad I went to Francisco. Additional information: besides cross checking locations on Yelp, Francisco appears on the FBI list of approved channelers. If you decide to go through this website's portal, you can pay for the background check online and then when you come in, I only had to print my online receipt and then within mere hours, the PDF of my official background check was accessible to me online. Other locations only allow you to wait for your official report to come by mail, which usually involves paying an expediting fee. Here, I can print as many official background checks as I want since I can save the PDF to my computer/phone/etc. all while paying just one set price. i was planning a visit to 6/F better passport office but by the time I got there, it says on the door that they are away for contract for 2 days. (Should have called before going) then i found this FNL on 10/F, surprisingly they welcome walkin. Francisco is nice, patient and took extra effort to make sure I got a perfect passport picture. FNL's 5 star rating is so deserved. They are our company's preferred vendor for fingerprinting, notarizations and such. I felt compelled to rate them based on my most recent interaction with them. Went in for US Passport renewal photo, incredibly quick, easy, and professional! Was in and out within 15 minutes with the perfect photo.

My husband and I had LiveScan fingerprinting and passport photos done here last weekend for an adoption. Francisco is great! He was very thorough, making sure that every scan was high quality and redoing any that were not to be sure they would be readable. He was also very informative and friendly. My fingers were dried out and had some cracks and he let me know that my LIveScans may be rejected because of it and that I may have to come back a second time after healing them up. He then followed up by texting me on Monday to let me know that my fingerprints had been accepted and that the results were sent to our agency. Since we have so many other documents and things to take care of for the adoption, it was really great that he followed up with us so quickly and removed that tiny bit of worry that we may have to repeat the LiveScan. And the best part is that he is open on Saturdays! This made it really easy for us to schedule around work. read more

Great service! As a travel nurse I'm always in need of a notary and fingerprints when applying to new state licenses. I was able to have ink fingerprints, passport photo, and 2 documents notarized within half an hour. Also able to provide the FBI required finger print card with little notice since I did not have one with me.
