    Look no further! This company, and the owner Grey, are top of the line! Pricing is incredible and the owner, Grey, actually CARES about your project (he took the time to drive to my home to measure the space even though I had the measurements already from my contractor and designer!) Grey gave me honest feedback while supporting the "look" that I wanted to achieve with my sunken outdoor living room. He communicated with me throughout the project with updates and even assisted with driving the finished cushions to my home in Alamo on a Saturday evening! THANK YOU GREY!     Friendly and professional service. Really appreciated the personal help I got when sourcing custom cushions for our dining bench. Foam & Cushion does custom cushions but I had found some upholstery fabric that I loved and they were able to order the foam, batting, and sew the cushions. They turned out PERFECT!! Thank you!

    Grey was masterful in recommending, measuring and finally restoring cushions in our sofa and loveseat. The whole purchasing experience was smooth from the first phone call to the last visit to get the cushions filled. The new foam they put in is way better than what came with their chairs, and we paid a pretty penny for them in Ethan Allen. The only minor downside is that we live a little far from the shop so it wasn't the shortest commute, but hey, I am sure it would've costed more if they were in one of those posh city centers. Give this place a shot if you have a saggy cushion, you will be amazed what difference a new filling can make and your butt and your back will thank you for it

    We purchased a teak dining table that didn't come with chairs. The place where we bought it from built us custom, two person benches. But the thing that really made the set complete were the custom bench pads that Foam & Cushion made for us. Very reasonably priced, great communication and completed when they told us it would be. Can't wait to host dinner this weekend.

    Sorry Joann...we don't provide that service..we are able to re stuff the cushions with new foam if the covers are zippered. Look online for a company called Fibernew to help with the peeling covers.…

Also known as Carl, if you're into that whole brevity thing. I was greeted and wowed by the exceptional service and knowledge demonstrated by Carl. Not only was Carl VERY knowledgeable, courteous and exceptional in sharing his passion for mattresses and all things bedding, he made us feel at home in a bed that we've never even been in before. He then proceeded to show us a nice mattress. And a then nicer mattress, all the while explaining the innards of a coil, coil count, coil density, with relation to mattress sizes and price points within each different brand as well as each brand's unique niche in the market (e.g. sealy is all hand made!) And then before we knew it our choice was clear -- Carl For PRESIDENT! I got the bed he is in. Obviously--It was a no brainer. And at an exceptional value. His Pillow knowledge on point, too! Everyone needs to inquire with Carl if you're in the market for anything bed related, and into that brevity thing. Calmer than you are.

    So this review is going to stem throughout a several years. I purchased a bed at the Concord store…read morein March of 2019 , an adjustable bed king size so it had two XL twin size mattress frames on each side with moveable head/feet features. It was expensive, and in addition to the frame mattresses we also had it delivered to a new house we had just purchased and bought a 10 year warranty on the bed. Moving forward a couple of years my husband's side of the bed motor went out and was not functional so we called the warranty service and had a technician come do a service call. He was there for two minutes and then left. They promptly called us and told us it was not covered because the frame was bent. After many phone calls, we asked for a second opinion they finally sent out another technician, and he told us that the first technician had already been fired, and the bed was not bent, but the motor had burned out. Fine, the motors replaced and the bed worked fine no problems. A couple years forward the bed now is stuck in the upward position. It won't go down the feet work, but the head won't go down. We called the warranty service and they say because we've had so many calls. We've one had one service call. They need a video we send a video and they promptly send me a message telling me that we have no more warranty left and they're going to send me a check for $40. She told me they tell me I should go put that towards the new bedframe or another remote and there's nothing else they can do for us. Mind you the warranty that we paid for was a 10 year warranty. We've only had the bed for six years. They did not tell us that there was a cap on the money that we were able to spend. They told us that the bed was covered for 10 years. I will never again buy a bed from this facility or recommend any of my friends to go to mattress firm and purchase a bed there and I will make sure to tell anybody I know to never buy a bed or a warranty from that facility again.

At first, we were excited because the couch we purchased is nice and comfortable. We spent around $2,000 on furniture and paid an additional $200 delivery fee. The sales associate clearly told us that delivery would include removal of our old couches. That did not happen... When the movers arrived on Thursday, they delivered the new couch but refused to take the old ones. We were left with FOUR couches crammed into our living room and hallways, making our apartment basically unusable. When we asked the movers, they said it wasn't on their order. To make the matters worse, we tipped the movers under the impression they would be handling everything as promised ... but they simply left. When the movers called their supervisor asking for approval to pick up the old furniture, their supervisor said "No. Just leave. I need you guys at the next location." We contacted the store immediately, and the associate said because she forgot to notate it on the invoice that the old furniture needs to be removed, she would find someone to pick them up later that night. No one came. The next day, Friday, we followed up again and were told someone would "for sure" come Monday, leaving us with a claustrophobic living room for an entire weekend. Monday came and we received a call saying there was nothing they could do. No pickup. No solution. We were then offered a $100 store credit because apparently that's all they could do after spending $2,000+ and dealing with a situation that made our home unlivable for days. This entire issue happened because the associate failed to note the furniture removal on the order. We ended up having to rent a U-Haul and haul the couches to the dump ourselves, paying additional costs out of pocket. This experience was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. The lack of accountability and follow through is unacceptable. We will not be returning. We initially thought we would be able to purchase all of our furniture here, as we're in the process of replacing everything. However, after this experience, we will not be coming back. Originally, we planned to get an entire new set of furniture that same day & I'm honestly so glad we didn't because I can't imagine having double of everything in this case.

I literally called our local store off of Ygnacio Valley Road to ask a question I wasn't sure would be able to get answered by someone not in customer service, and 20 minutes later, I had the mattress I was after ordered and scheduled for next-day delivery (CHRISTMAS EVE). Most importantly, Dan was able to keep it within my given claim amount--so I didn't have to pay a dime. One of these days I'll have to go in there in person and thank him! Seriously, I know large purchases like this can be stressful, and I've encountered many salespeople who are hounding you to upgrade and add x and y and z for additional charges. Not the case here with Dan. Dan, if you see this, it's the broke college student you helped on Christmas Eve Eve. You made my holiday and my no-longer-sore back thanks you!!     Here's the thing. The sale was great. It went smoothly, they…read morelet me lie on various mattresses as long as I wanted, everything was sanitary, and financing was available. All my questions were answered. It was great. But it's been about 2 1/2 years and the pump is broken. And the pump is literally the whole point of the bed. No pump and it's an air mattress that you can't inflate or deflate. Mattresses have a lifespan of 6-10 years in the US, and I have a 15 year limited warranty, so I figured I should be covered. No way that they would expect this incredibly vital piece of the product not to last even 5 years, right? I was wrong. Warranty coverage extends 100% for parts (but not labor) for the first year. After that, it's the customer's fault. Coverage declines to 35% covered (yes, a 65% reduction) after the first anniversary, and then a further 5% every year thereafter. This is crap. So I need to pay to have the pump shipped to me (at a very tiny discount), full costs of shipping because the technicians do not have access to parts, then full costs of the labor to have it installed, then full costs to ship the bad pump back to them. And tax. This is crap. (I could probably install the pump myself and at least save the labor costs, but it'd probably void what warranty I have left.) I loved my bed until a month or so ago. It was amazing and helped me get good sleep through some medical issues I had going on. I thought the company had done me well. I no longer think so. I will no longer be recommending Sleep Number to my friends and family.

It was Black Friday weekend, and they had a BOGO Free and 50% off specials on their pillows; it sure was a great opportunity for me to finally check this store out, plus my son was in the market for a new bed. The store was very clean and organized. We were welcomed by Mark and TJ. Mark informed us of the Black Friday Specials, even offered to give us a full demo which we gladly accepted. He had us lay down on 3 different mattresses, illustrating the different firmness, then Mark showed us all the bells and whistles of the bed base. We were amazed! At the end of the demo, we asked for quotes on a Twin XL which Mark provided reflecting the Black Friday discounts. We ask Mark if there was special financing, and they did at 60 Month 0% financing for Black Friday. My son applied and was pre-approved. There was something about Mark that we were so drawn to him, he was such a positive person, very knowledgeable, he answered all the questions we had, and most importantly, not once were we ever pressured to buy. I truly felt he was placing himself in the our shoes, having an understanding from a customer 's perspective. After giving us the quotes, we told Mark that we would think about it and get back to him. We did end up buying 4 Breeze pillows and a neck pillow after Mark fully explained the difference of each one. I was blown away with the level of exceptional customer service by the staff of this store which truly exceeded my expectations. I did have the opportunity to interact with TJ, Zubia, and Marina who were also so friendly and helpful as we were looking at other products such as the Teddy Bear made out of the Temper-Pedic material. After thoughtful consideration, and with Mark's input, my son did end up purchasing an XL twin medium hybrid with a Tempur-Ego Power Base Highly recommend this Flagship store for a positive customer experience! Special Shout to Mark who was readily available the entire time while we were there. Even after our store visit, Mark took calls from us responding to our purchase inquiries and advising the next steps of delivery. Now that's what I call GREAT Customer Service!

Don't even try to do a warranty claim Sealy bought them and it's a typical corporation and excludes everything. Don't walk run from this product. I wouldn't spend 5k plus on a bed that only lasts a few years. Very dissatisfied.
