I am updating my review.. My 5 star review sadly ended up being a 2. The entire reason I came to mancinis was the ease and simplicity of the transaction as this was for my mom and not at my residence. The delivery was not that. I received via text a delivery window of 1-3 pm. The morning of before 10 am I received a call and text from the driver that he would be there in 1 hour. Irritating and unprofessional, but whatever. I thought I would just get it done. I re arranged my day, dropped what I was doing and went to meet him. I arrived a little over 1/2 hour later and let him know. This guy didn't show up until almost 2! No call, no apology. When he did get there he was rushed and rude and lazy. HE was rushed after wasting my day! He actually kind of just threw the mattress on the frame with attitude! Unbelievable. In the end, while I appreciated the knowledge and being able to physically feel the bed, I would have been better off leaving the showroom and ordering online from Amazon. If you decide to purchase from here with delivery go ahead and free up your whole day, as your time will not be respected. read more

Wonderful service from the Mancini's Concord location. I came in on a Saturday, luckily right before the rush of other customers coming in, and were immediately greeted by the store manager, Suni. Suni led me through the different memory foam mattresses and in the end I was able to purchase a mattress, frame, and bed topper all within an hour. The frame was on sale for Black Friday and I was able to use an additional $150 off coupon that I found online when signing up for email notifications. We've purchased the extra firm Level Two Beautyrest, which was delivered to our doorstep on the third floor the very next day at no additional cost. This Concord location offers a wide variety of floor models to try in-store, making the selection process much easier. A thoughtful bonus for families is the fun ceiling toy perk for kids, adding a welcoming touch to the shopping experience. You pick one - it's yours The prices are more or less average, even though a giant Red sign says 356 days sale! The only minor downside was that delivery, while still within the promised timeframe, arrived later than my requested 8:00 a.m. slot. As a first time mattress buyer, Brandon and Nichole made things so easy. The selection in store is amazing. They had all the mattresses I looked into online, and I was able to try them out in store. Brandon and Nichole were great in suggesting similar mattresses to what I was looking for, and I ended up buying my mattress the same day. Previously I had visited a different mattress store on 3 separate occasions and still couldn't finalize a purchase. I had a real pleasant experience here, and I was helped by a salesman named Ty. He did everything right, and the products were solid. You could not get a better salesman. I came in on a slow day at a slow time (I'm in sales too), and he helped me like he didn't have a care in the world. What an atmosphere he lends to a stand alone, out of the way store. The problem for me was the prices. They were clearly at least $500 above what I could have gotten at Tempurpedic's site, and that was for the entry level mattresses. I was ready to spend in the $2k arena. I could see I would have had to negotiate myself down just to get what I could get for tapping a button. You'd have to not own a phone to not know this. The selection was really amazing though. I didn't know Tempurpedic had $10k beds. Maybe someday. For the time being, there's nothing wrong with my no name mattress. read more

We went there tonight. Richard greeted us very friendly while he was working either on the phone or computer. I did not remember exactly. 30 seconds later, he said I will be right with you. What a great customer service. Then, he showed us around for 3 different prices range. Have us sleep on the bed and let us decided on soft, medium, and firm. Then, we decided what we wanted but it is close to labor day. I asked if there is special discount. Richard said well let talk to the manager Ty. Ty came with a smile and helped us. We said if we wanted to lower the price what we can do. He told Richard to walk us to a bed frame in stead of a box. It is almost 8 o'clock, but they still wanted to show us what they talked about. After we agreed on the price, I asked what I will get. Ty sqid and walked us to see the 3 pieces, mattress, frame and box. What a great service! We ordered it today and they said Friday they will come to set it up for us. So fast. It is easy to park at the store. Richard and Ty are very helpful and friendly although the store almost close they would want to go home but they showed their service mind. Inside is nice and clean and its not to crowded. My mattress started sagging before a year of purchase and I went in and they had it inspected. They said it was sagging but not enough to replace it to come back in 6 months. Of course I waited because I had just paid almost $2000 dollars for my mattress set! It was inspected again and it got worse but still to their standards not enough and I have been having back problems because of it especially being in healthcare. They offered to give me 30% off to purchase a new one! No way will I ever buy or recommend anyone buy from them. When you go in to look around they tell you if you are not satisfied or have an issue we will replace it just to get a sale but when it comes down to having an issue with your mattress they blame it on the manufacturer but of course Mancini's sells the item and took my money. Huge display and quick delivery - great staff/sales persons/manager - laid back, friendly, you're invited to try out with no pressure. My contact was Ty (they actually answer the phone) who was great, helpful and completely accomodating with a size problem (for a trundle, blah blah, I measured wrong) and was 100% helpful/accommodating. Went back to buy a bigger ("adult") mattress and no pressure to buy one of their huge assortment of everything from basic to very high end selections. A real boutique but they are accommodating to us more run of the mill crowd. If/when I've somewhere long enough to really invest in a good mattress they well be my go-to to be sure. read more

Walked in with an appointment and was not given any real attention. From observation, there was Brandon, the manager, running back and forth between customers doing sales. Other sales rep were just standing by around. We had requested a specific model and was sold something different. Was told we can do a free exchange if we did not like it. After two months of tossing and turning, we had wanted to exchange it for something that would give us better rest. Was given only one model to pick from but for $100 more. We ended up walking out. Walked into the store and "Ty" greeted me right when I walked through the door. He was very professional, well mannered, and respectful. I requested to see the firm tempur-pedic beds and he brought me right to it. He was very knowledgeable of the products and answered all of my questions. There were a bunch of options to choose from and he allowed my partner and I some time to ourselves to try out each mattress without being pushy at all. We were there a couple of hours so we could see the comfort of the mattresses. Long story short, Ty was very patient with us and allowed us to take lead in our decisions. We got a very good deal on our king size tempur-pedic along with many accessories and free delivery and removal of our old mattress!!
