The gold chiavari chairs arrived intentionally filthy, splintering on the seat area and at the legs which wobbled as if they were in the dance floor. We were terrified to have our guest sit on them at risk for tetanus and didn't put them to any use. The tables weren't going to let the chair steal the show on filth. They were uniquely nasty. There is no reason to patronize this company, they are scamming customers in providing the worst product coupled with nonexistent customer service. .

From the very first call to setup and subsequent pickup of the tent, chairs, linens, etc... after the event... Everything was flawless. Chris and his team had it all covered from start to finish. A few things to note since this was being setup in a back yard of a home... -They use barrels of water to secure the tent if spikes are out of the question. This did matter since some competitors use cement blocks that we did NOT want transported over grass for fear of "ruts". As it turns out we did not need weights so it was a moot point but again could have been an issue with competitors. -They will place the order for underground location of utilities (Julie). We jumped the gun and placed the order with JULIE ourselves, but this is part of their standard operating procedure when needed. All equipment was clean and in perfect condition, delivered. and picked up on time. All instructions communicated clearly and concisely.
