John was the technician who came out and he was personable and friendly. Of course I could not get the heater to act up at first but he was patient and spent time showing me what he was checking. He even showed me a few things to watch out for. Eventually through his thorough inspection he found the issue. Made the call for the part I needed and gave me a price quote within a few minutes. He returned on the next day, right on time and had the heater fixed within 30 minutes. No hidden fees, no hassle, no problems. I was very impressed at the timely and professional response John gave my neighbor when her furnace stopped working. She is not exactly tech savvy and he dealt with me so he could provide her with the correct repair options that were on the truck and readily available when they arrived. the technicians, Ryan and Andre, came 2 minutes before her appointment time (something that doesn't usually happen with other contractors!). They were also very professional, gave her an exact estimate and completed the job within the time frame they stated. Awesome guys!! I would give them more stars, if I could! In the Spring of 2014 I decided to finally go ahead and replace my ancient furnace. I called a couple of different companies for quotes and Focus stood out for a couple of reasons, they showed up when they said they would, their quote arrived in my email when they said it would and most importantly their price beat anyone else that I contacted. I had a 95% efficiency gas furnace installed, had a new chimney liner put in and had a new air return run to my second floor and the price was amazing and the level of professionalism from the employees was great as well. This company has terrible customer service!! We hired this company to repair our heat at our place of business. They came out did something, left, and told us the heat will come on soon. It never came on. We had to cancel business for the day. We were informed by the company someone will be out in a couple of hours. 3 hours later we called to find out what was going on and were told find someone else to fix the problem. Tech. Brett was friendly, knew what he was doing. Came out on a Sunday within an hour of my phone call. Fixed my oil furnace even let me watch over his shoulder because I like to learn. Reasonable price, recommended! By the way,the big company we see on T.V. With the blue and orange trucks couldn't even come out till following day! Orange booties? Really? My experience was the same as all of the positive things I'm reading on here. My AC stopped working overnight and I was able to reach Focus first thing in the morning - and they were at my house within three hours! My AC was back up and running by noon. Our A/C unit stopped working over the weekend, we called 8a on Monday morning and they were at the house by 11;30.
