On that particular day, they didn't have anyone in to do it. So I called back on Monday and I was fine to come in. Everyone on the phones were friendly, check in was quick and easy, and I barely had to wait. It was nice and clean in there as well. No complaints here.

They were just trying to move on to the next patient as quickly as possible and let random tests do all the work for them. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this well now not only has urgent care but also an allergy clinic. The wait was pretty short, and the reception check-in was quite simple. The waiting room was welcoming and clean. This is the first time I have EVER witnessed an urgent care with a self-serve slusshie machine *They recommend waiting until after your care** So the nurse who waited on my was a bit unusual. The constant need to ask repeat questions was quite annoying ...especially being sick and having limited ability to speak and coughing every second. The Dr Kelly came in, and she was friendly, she took the time to listen and I didn't feel rushed. She prescribed a few things and I was done. I really enjoyed the follow up messages they send to ensure all is well. I think that is definitely an important thing to do.

I asked multiple times how many people were ahead of me, and each time I was told there were only about four or five people. The staff seemed miserable and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse. When the nurse finally came into the room, she was very rough during my visit, barely spoke to me, and came across as rude. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I even brought a book with me expecting to be waiting around a while but I didn't need it. After my initial vitals were taken Mike the PA came in a few minutes later. He was friendly and listened to my concerns. I thought everyone here was lovely including the xray tech on. I didn't catch her name but she was super sweet and friendly. I was in and out in under an hour and this was with a chest xray and breathing treatment. Mike sent my prescriptions in immediately and they were ready basically in 10 min at my pharmacy. I would highly recommend coming here and make an appointment if you can.

I had the best experience here yesterday. I had a fight with a Madoline which ended me in need of…read moremedical attention. Soon as I walked in I was greeted by friendly front desk staff and immediately checked in. My wait time In the lobby was less than 5 minutes. Where I was sent in the back. Again everyone was so nice, unfortunately I can't recall names because I was too focused on my pain BUT from the woman that took my assessment to the two nurses who took care of my they all were so nice. They were gentle with me, explained what they were going to do step by step and throughly explained after care. In total I was in and out within an hour! I highly recommend this immediate care center. The facility is clean, and a nice size.
