Kim and team were easy to work with. Also, they staffed extremely well. Instead of just a couple AV techs on site, they had about 6 or 7 to help us make sure things ran smoothly. I have done much larger scale events (800-1,000 people) with much bigger budgets, and other AV companies provided much less support than what Got Light provided for an event our scale.

I contacted the company and expressed what I was looking for and Founder-Joseph Sterling contacted me right away. He even met with me and we went over everything, provided suggestions and took the time to go over all the services that they offer and he even looked into other services that I wanted. Months leading up to the party he was in contact with me via email. Any questions I had, he responded right away. We hired Mobofoto Booths for a launch event…read more The good: -Their attendant was really nice and tried to be useful and get our brand out. Thumbs up. The bad: -We asked them to put our logo on the pictures for an additional $150 -- they didn't. -They delivered the photos over a week later, which in event time is an eternity. You use these for marketing materials and at that point it's almost useless. -They didn't deliver the photos in any sort of form that made sense to upload or share. The photo strips were doubled up (what?), so no one would share those. The other photos had no branding so the people could have been anywhere which defeats the purpose of a photo booth with branding. -We asked for a partial refund for their slowness and they refused citing that they were "prompt" in their responses. We called them two days after the event for our photos, which they ignored. We emailed them several times. One time they responded and said, "we'll get them to you soon" which was 3-days later. They were so slow and their format was so weird, that it was 100% not worth our money. I would never use them again.

Way past due review…read more After a long search for a lighting vendor for our wedding we came upon JL Imagination. We went by their office to talk about our venue and was very impressed. We worked with Julio and he was really nice and explained the different options we had. Julio went above and beyond! We initially settled on a lighting package for the Bently Reserve and everything seemed to go according to plan. There was going to be a soft setting for the ceremony then a change in color scheme for the banquet. After the lighting change, the staff could have just left and returned after the event was over to take down the equipment. Well, Julio stayed basically the entire time because he knew that it would have been difficult for some of the transitions and the lightning would not have came out right. We paid for a certain types of lights and labor, and most vendors would just stick by that, but Julio spent way more time there than he probably would have even anticipated.
