This spot is awesome and has bellydance shows every Wednesday night for their "Rock the Casbah" Wednesdays - plus it's ladies night on Wednesdays so it's always free entry and half off drinks for the ladies!! Thursday nights there is top notch live music and bellydance shows as well! The crowd that comes here is super fun, the owner is amazing and so are the staff! This place is awesome! We decided to celebrate my friends birthday here on a Saturday night. There was a 5 dollar cover fee to get inside. But the best part was.... Alcohol and hookah together in one place. There are no lounges that I know of nearby that do this. It's so difficult to get an alcohol license for a hookah bar so I'm glad they were able to do that. On top of that there is a dance floor..and the DJ plays some really good songs! No alcohol on the dance floor though. There's a lot of room to sit plus they have two VIP booths as well. Owner is rude to paying customers. Built up a good tab and treated my group like trash. Ordered two hookahs initially and took us 30min to get the 2nd after reminding them. Couldn't get regular fresh coals either without reminders. Dj plays same songs over and repeats. Can't mix to save his life. Patrons are cool but staff is whack. Bar Rescue is seriously needed here. Owners should be running the business not drinking/smoking and talking out of line. Won't be coming back. No idea of customer service. Interior sucks and is cheap. This Hookah Lounge is very different to me because of the events and deals they have. I like how the guy kept coming over making sure my Hookah was good and if I needed anything else. Man a lot of Hookah places they just give you your Hookah and you never hear from them again. Sundays they have karaoke, which I really enjoy, its like a real party yet still chill. The stage is huge and the karaoke guy has a good list of songs. The drink prices are really fair. Fridays and Saturdays it seems to be more of a nightclub. They charge to get in, only 5 bucks tho. If the nightclub scene is your thing , its not bad. It does get pretty packed. The ratio isn't bad either. read more

I'd like to say that I'm a regular here. Coming here is always a chill and relaxing time, as I always get taken care of by their friendly staff. They usually play pretty good hip-hop, but sometimes they like to change it up a bit. They offer a wide variety of hookah flavors and also have a full bar; I've learned first-hand that they have quite a heavy hand when it comes to pouring alcohol for drinks. Get the Groupon deal! It's worth it, as you get a hookah and two drinks for only $20. Without the Groupon, the hookah alone is $22, I believe. Do keep in mind though that they only accept the deal Sunday-Thursday. I've been here twice and I am not wowed by this place. I think the service could be better. I think maybe if you know someone they could get a bit of special treatment. Entry fee is $5 It gets really too much in Fog City and tends to get overly crowded. Usually if I'm in the mood to smoke hookah, I like it really calm. Really good hookah and an incredibly nice staff. A friend and I came here tonight just to get a quick hookah after work. Expectations were succeeded. They knew it was our first time here and brought us tea on the house!!! How sweet! One word describes this place: Ratchet The struggle is real in that bathroom. One stall and a separate toilet in the corner with no stall around it. No lock on the door. I had to stand against it while my friends used the restroom. Bathroom was a total mess too. Bar staff is rude and the drinks are watered down. Most drinks are around $7.00 - $10.00. This hookah bar charges an ENTRY fee!!! We paid $5 each to go inside and find that there is NOWHERE to sit. The owners didn't care - so long as we already paid our dues! They did not make any effort to seat us or take our order. They tried to manipulate us into paying $175 plus for VIP seats and bottle service. We were ready to walk out and they stopped us, saying they found us seats! So they moved the people who were seated there INTO the VIP section for no charge, and walked US over to a tiny bench with room for 2 people, and we were a party of 6! They did not even ask us what flavor hookah we want to order. We got up and left! They refused to refund us and we didn't even get to smoke. Bad business all around. read more

Serve drinks at the bar; About $8-$9 for a drink (pretty expensive considering this is just a hookah lounge) Mix hookah flavors ranges from $19.99 to glass hookahs for $25.99 The DJ has a good variety of music he plays throughout the night, I think he mostly goes for whatever the crowd is into. Customer service could be worked on; we seriously waited 20 minutes just to get our hookah on table, and another 20 minute wait for someone to come around and finally give our coals to use. So we basically didn't get to start burning our hookah until after 40 minutes wait! Ridiculous. We had to go up to the people at the bar just so we could ask for coals or tongs to use. They didn't have enough tongs to give out for every table, so we had to borrow one from the table next to us. read more

The manager IS RUDE. He has no CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE, He was the bar tender when we got there... My man can't make a drink for sh*t!! He is more worried about smoking his hookah and drinking instead of seeing to his customers who are smoking ash 20-30 minutes after getting there over priced hookah. The establishment looks like sh*t. Carpet is ripping and worn out, tables are worn out and ripped, bathroom is filthy. The only reason why people come to this RIP off establishment is hookah is band in the city. Drinks are EXPENSIVE! $10 bucks for a crown and coke in a SMALL cup. Songs stay on repeat. My honey and I come here quite often to hang out and have good conversation. The manager isn't people friendly only to those he wants to be nice too, but other than that the staff are nice, helpful, and they keep the coals coming. Drinks are overpriced and they never have white Zinfandel but other than that I have brought family and friends here on many occasions including my birthday weekend party bus. Pretty awesome spot for a night out in Dailly City. Upon entering, In initially its the bar space with long counter and some barstools, not to crowded and well lit. Then motion towards the back and it open up into a big lounge with a stage for live DJ and seating with tables to the left of the space. in the center of the spaced is a makeshift dance floor, not to big not to small, and to the right is the lounge area. If there is a demand for more seating then the dance floor gets smaller. The lounge is dark, loud and full of crazy laser/light show of various colors. Best part is the DJ knows how to mix it up. Plenty of today's hits, old school classic, and sneaks in some middle eastern/bollywood culture. Defininantly Bay Area mixed vibe. All the employees are kind and approachable and always on the move carefully weaving though the crowd with fresh coals. Full bar and Hookah menu is amazing. I loved how here was an open floor for dancing and lounge chairs for hanging out with your hookah. It's super inexpensive and the vibes from the employees were cool. I LOVE this hookah lounge! I've been during the week when there is very few people, good music (like top hits), and it makes for a chill relaxing hangout spot and I've been there on a Saturday night when the place is packed with people on the dance floor and the music is so loud you cant hear what your friends are saying. The reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because I'm not a huge fan of rap music and the crowd it attracts.... Ghetto. It's just not my scene. So far I've noticed it like this on the weekend. Everything else is awesome! Another time I went there on a Friday night around 8 or 9 so it wasn't that busy yet and they were playing hella good EDM. I think it was a dj actually. It was AWESOME! Me and my friends love some good electronic music to dance to. They recently just redid the furniture too, I love it. Very comfortable, chic and appealing to the eye. One last thing is the owner deserves a shout out. He is very kind and takes good care of the customers. He is a pretty cool guy and maybe that's why this place is so awesome! read more

First and foremost the place is a little challenging to find because it used to be a Latin bar. Once inside it has a lot of space and is good for parties! They have real KM hookahs and fumari flavors. Good music in the background and the owner Bobby is really cool! His hookahs are well made. They use coconut charcoal which is a plus. Came really early on a Friday because I wanted to relax and enjoy some Hookah, to my surprise this was during happy hour so I was super surprised to see the 2 IPAs and the blended hookah mix that I picked was only ~$20ish. Fog, giant projector screen, disco balls, full bar, lots of hookah choices, plenty of seating, loved it. Staff is very attentive, comes by and ashes off (sorry, don't know proper hookah terminology) or replaces the coals if needed. And I love how the guy did it, had this what I can only call a doohickey that was gold and he put the coals in there and shook it until they were firey orange again and then put them back on my hookah. Next hit full of flavor mmm. Can't wait to do some dancing here! I can dance twice as hard with disco balls and colored lasers so it will be pretty epic. read more
