I have tried this place about three times and it's got a lot of unique types of hookah to try. When I went there was a flat rate to get in and you can have unlimited hookah. It does have a nightclub type feel so if your up for a party this may be your perfect spot! I prefer a more relaxed vibe so it wasn't totally my vibe but I can see it being very fun for a group who wants an upbeat party feel. read more

Not happy. I usually come to this spot. They usually treat me like royalty. Today. A new person. So no recognition... no good treatment... simply told.... Sorry. It's too late. It was 130 am. They close at 2. But, he said it was slow and because of that, I'd be turned away .... So... a customer , willing to pay... even for 30 min.... Is turned away .... Perhaps I expect too much. I know when I've been here before, they were very accommodating.... New staff new treatment.... read more

I finally visited this hookah lounge after so many friends recommended it! I don't do it often, but many of my friends do, so it was cool to come with them to their favorite hookah lounge in the city and now I understand why. First of all, you can dress as up or as down as you want. Come in sweats or come in a business casual outfit; doesn't really matter. The vibes were 10/10. Love the hip hop music and lighting of the place. Definitely felt like I was at a bar/club more than just a hookah lounge (minus the alcohol and food) The hookah itself came with these super cool laser lights that really elevated the experience. I came with around 10 friends after dinner, and the manager, Noah, made sure we had a good lounge and kept an eye on the hookah and when the coals needed to be changed. I can tell it brings a good community of locals, since my friends ran into people that walked in. All in all, cool space! read more

Read the reviews for this place and was not disappointed. Austin helped us and was extremely friendly. I've been to a lot of Hookah lounges in southern california, some are okay, some are great. This was a great hookah lounge, very relaxing, and Austin packed a great bowl and the flavors were extremely balanced and fresh. Hookah burned nice and evenly throughout the entire time, and he was around diligently with coals. Would highly recommend and definitely would visit again next time i'm in the city. read more

I have been coming here since I first moved to San Francisco, and has been my go-to spot for a good smoke ever since. Always a good smoke with typical brands you'd expect. Noah is great, speedy service and attentive. I do wish they played more twerk music though, I finna get my twerk on! read more

Staff is very attentive and super sweet!! I love glass hookahs and didn't realize they're considered "vip" so I was offered their cozy "vip" booth. Hookah hit very nicely!!! They even have upgrade options to get ice tip and ice in the base. Although they had to smash the ice for the glass hookahs but they made it happen!! Talk about vip service!! The best hookah spot in San Francisco! This place is more than just a commercial hookah lounge. I come here with work often, and have seen other folks too with their laptops. But more over , you get such a communal feeling, irrespective of new or regular ! I have made some of my bestest friendships ever at this place. I had mixed three flavors that u thought would be good, but the exhale tasted like black licorice, and I asked if I could switch the flavors even if I had to pay extra. Yeah.... I'm pretty sure I've done a review for this place, but anyway. The ambiance is very chill, there's free WiFi! Always a plus! They have drinks but no food. Great hookah selections and the staff is always friendly. Loveeee them! People complain about the ventilations but it doesn't bother me. They try their best to keep the bathroom clean and stocked at all times but you know how some individuals like to ruin that sometimes! The downside? It's cold when the door is left opened. Please close the door behind you when you enter. The cold draft in a non heating room sucks. Oh, and parking sucks. But all in all an amazing spot for hookah. Best hookah spot in the entire bay. I love coming here because the hookahs are always legit and the service is 10/10. If you don't know much about hookah the staff will always help you find what's best for you. This place is definitely a must especially if you're a tourist from out of town and want to get a feel of the Bay Area's hookah scene. Highly recommended! read more

This review is in regards to PRE QUARANTINE, I'm not sure if they are open during covid.... But here goes.... This place is such a gem to me because my friends and I would frequent here prior to quarantine and I loved each and every visit. This is the first and only Hookah lounge that I have been to. The price is not bad and the staff was always very helpful. There are different flavors that you can choose from and I believe that you can get (free) refills.... It's an all around great place. The atmosphere is upbeat, music playing, happy people. An all around good time! read more

Staying in downtown SF, this hookah spot was the closest to us walking distance. We got there and it wasn't packed. Noah approached us and mentioned about the "show your vaccination card" rule. Luckily, we had them on us and got in. He kept apologizing for the inconvenience but we said it's perfectly fine. We ordered a lemon mint hookah and it was quite smooth. Noah was nice enough to check up on us several times to make sure everything was going okay. Tip: Make sure you are carrying your covid vaccination card with you at all times. read more

My experience at 724 was not great. Upon arrival the vibe of the room was nice, but the trash everywhere was a huge turn off. I ordered a regular mint since they didn't have nakhla, or double apple. When we got it though it tasted like someone squeezed every flavor into our bowl, or hadn't washed the bowl before packing. It was disgusting. Couldn't even taste a hint of mint. Also, I understand not every hookah lounge doesn't leave tongs out for their customers. Which normally wouldn't bother me, but this man poked fat holes so I wanted to bring a coal down. Literally stayed about 30 minutes and decided to leave. read more

It's long overdue, but I'm finally reviewing this place. They've def had ups and down but it's all been trending up post Covid. I have been coming to 724 for the past almost 14 years. The current team really takes care of customers from beginning to end. They are very attentive and offer great suggestions to new customers. Noah has been phenomenal for many years now, always so reliable, providing excellent service. And Amr has been the same since he has joined. Still played Arabic videos and mixed in some American hip hop as well..great vibe. Had the lamb flatbread both of these nights. Super tasty and great value. You get a ton! HUGE shoutout to Niyaz and Sam! They made me feel welcome every night with big smiles and friendly conversation. Niyaz even walked me to my uber and checked the license plate/spoke to driver. Such kind people! Great food, excellent hookah, strong drinks (HIGHLY recommend Golden Hour on cocktail menu), and beautiful aesthetic. Will make it a priority to visit Pasha any time I find myself in San Fran :)

This proved to be an ideal time because you can tell this compact bar gets packed quickly. I had heard they were famous for their renditions of classic cocktails, in particular, martinis straight up. I'm hardly ever not in the mood, so it was a good thing the bartender was seasoned enough to make a silky smooth one (Photo 7). It was more than reasonably priced at $14. While I didn't catch her name, the bartender was cordial and just chatty enough to mitigate my introverted social sensibilities. More customers started to trickle in, an older profile than the other popular Haight bars. I can say that because that's my geriatric DNA. I like The Alembic and The Mad Dog in the Fog, but this one may have just taken the edge. I'm a big hookah smoker, but I usually smoke at the house. I never found it worth spending money at a hookah bar, until I came to 724. Best hookah bar I have ever been to and not expensive at all, flavor was smooth and tasty and their morrocan tea was on point. The employees were nice and their hospitality was amazing, always checking up on me and my group and made sure our hookah was smoking good. It was a very chill atmosphere, with great music! The hookah itself lasted along time. Definitely recommend this place to everyone, don't go any where else! read more

I had such a great experience at this hookah bar, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server, Austin. From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. He checked in just the right amount, made excellent recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the night. I love hookah and this place does it right! The interior looks great and they play music videos of basically all kinds of music, the service was great and they kept coming an checking up on us but what i gotta say was the best was their special house mix! I think it was called the Yakub mix (i think thats how its spelled), basically just ask for that mix and you will be in heaven!! I went there on Friday and I was doped of there by Arfan who has a Town car Service in sf .. I had like 8 people and he droped us there and told us that it was the best place in town. HUGE shoutout to Niyaz and Sam! They made me feel welcome every night with big smiles and friendly conversation. Niyaz even walked me to my uber and checked the license plate/spoke to driver. Such kind people! Great food, excellent hookah, strong drinks (HIGHLY recommend Golden Hour on cocktail menu), and beautiful aesthetic.
