The ambience of this lounge reminds me of the beauty of the Middle East with a post modern and casual vibe touch to it. The music and atmosphere definitely set me back to that one Dubai nightclub hookah bar I got to enjoy back in 2021! And Man, was this such a great experience! Shout out to Yosuf ! Yosuf's hospitality and kindness definitely made me feel at home! Great service and attention to detail around comfort and service too! He definitely leads the team and has the best recommendations for first comers! Check in with him since he knows what's always up! ( I believe this gentleman was the manager or in some place responsible as he oversees the cashier!) After checking out few hookah lounges in the bay, I found myself asking this man so many more questions I never thought about getting answered for ! The selection of flavors and drinks definitely stood out to me compared to other spaces. Now, knowing this space closes at 2am for sure! Made it the most desirable to go to after the bars, to settle down and catch some more drinks! Their behavior toward customers is consistently rude and unprofessional--not just with us, but with almost everyone. It's disappointing to see how poorly they treat people who come in to relax and enjoy their time. Good customer service is essential for any business, and unfortunately, the management here completely fails at that. This place seriously needs better leadership and a more respectful attitude toward customers. read more

The place itself is chill, but the management's behavior and customer service were the worst. They charge by the hour -- we ordered two hookahs and Red Bulls and stayed for about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Then the owner gave us a warning to either leave or order another hookah. Came here with a friend a few weeks ago on a weekday night. The place wasn't busy and we ordered a peach hookah which costs $25. Hookah came out and it had a burnt taste with no peach flavor at all. The person helping us said that's normal and if we wanted a more "peachy" flavor we should have ordered "white peach." We asked if he would replace it since we only took like 2 puffs but he told us he'd have to charge us again. Supposedly he took it back and "fixed" it but it still tasted burnt. We left less than 5 minutes after we walked in. I wouldn't give 1 star just because the quality of hookah was bad, but how about some customer service? Sure, the guy was nice, but that's probably because we didn't make a fuss and just cut our losses. That hookah is costing you pennies on the dollar, and if you brought out bad hookah why don't you just replace it? Could've had a repeat customer, but instead they opted for one time revenue of $25.75 and a 1-star review. read more
