Kyle, said to bring in my T-Priv 3 Kit and he will look at it. His place is always busy, but he made me comfortable asked me if I would mind waiting. Put so politely, I did not mind at all. He helped three people in front of me in 20 mins. And that's only if I was actually counting the minutes, I was not, and my wait time actually felt like I did not have enough time to pull out my vape device. He helped me unscrew an over torqued device set up by "the guys," and he did not even bash them, instead recommended me to go to him. My kind of combination of service and humbleness. Sold me two delicious vape fluids which he personally recommended and did not even charge me for "taking a look," but let be honest, FIXING the other Vape Rep's mistake.
