Decided to take a chance and come in. Scheduling was easy online. Booked a few days out for a Saturday at 2pm. Met with Taylor and explained what I wanted, which was to keep the length, a trim, long layers, and face framing pieces. This is exactly what I got! I spent a very difficult time yesterday trying to find a hairstylist that would cut my hair.... We'll be careful what you wish for because I came in for a pixie cute and these people butchered my hair. The hairstylist that started cutting my hair didn't know how to do the pixie cut in the first place still attempted to do it. Then she asked a senior stylist to come over and help her and that woman, omg I hope I never see that woman again, I believe she said her name was Lilly. That woman continued to butcher my hair and then when it didn't look good she just shrugged her shoulders and was like oh well if it looks bad it looks bad. Like they didn't care how I looked or how my hair looked. They were completely content with butchering my hair. I have to wear bandanas and hats now until my hair grows back out to be able to go and find someone to fix it. I literally cried when I got home and was considering just shaving my head to start over, but my mom talked me down. If I was the owner, I'd seriously consider sending my stylists to a refresh course and give them a code of ethics to sign or something. read more

I am so in love with my daughter's hair!! We were so desperate looking for someone to fix her hair that she was so upset over. She had recently had a bleach job and had gone blonde with big black roots coming in. I didn't know how we were going to fix the extreme damage done to her hair also. It was like straw. Lili did an AMAZING job and matched the color we wanted perfectly. We were both so happy with the outcome!! And at the end it even looked so super healthy on top of everything Lili really went out of her way and you can tell she loves her job and is super knowledgeable. You can't even tell the difference between where the yellow and black met because it matched to perfection. I wish I could give her more stars read more

Worst pedicure I have ever had. They aren't set up for pedicures at all. The lady sawed at my toes and continued to do it after I asked her not to. She broke open the skin on my big toe. Never, ever again. read more

Let me start by saying that I have had terrible luck finding a stylist who gets what I want for my haircut and color. Having said that, Mary, the owner, was very accommodating, gave me an appointment the same day. I've had my hair foiled my entire adult life, and I have never had it done the way it was done here. It's difficult to tell your hairdresser what you like when she spoke only Spanish. The process was painful, I had to protect my face from the water. The water was cold. However, the color came out great and the cut was ok, after 3.5 hours! I will not be returning. read more

Absolutely amazing experience with Kiara! I scheduled an appointment online for a haircut and blow dry along with eyebrow wax and tint. When I arrived a polite hostess checked me in and let Kiara know I was there. I didn't have to wait which is great. I told Kiara exactly what I wanted even showed her a picture and she delivered! The best part was that she does the waxing and tinting too so I was able to get everything done with the same person which I value. After seeing how great Kiara did, I now have full confidence in her skills and will be booking another appointment in a few weeks for a balayage. Highly recommend ! read more

I had never been to this Salon before, but since I was in the area I decided to go for gel polish on my nails and to get my eyebrows waxed. Right when I walked in I was greeted and it had such a cute design inside. Everything looked very clean and nice and I loved the color scheme. It seemed as if one gentleman in there was doing highlights on a customer. Another worker did my gel polish, and a third did my eyebrows later on. Each employee that I worked with was amazing. They also had a type of eyebrow waxing I had not done before where they do not use the fabric strips, rather the wax seemed to dry then she gently peeled it off with very minimal pain. Spent 2.5 hours & $180 doing a keratin treatment here and my hair was still frizzy and wavy when i washed it a week later. Ive gotten keratin treatments done in the past and they left my hair silky and straight for months unlike this one. Very disappointed, will not be going here again. Unreal... I will never bring my daughter here. If you say you can do highlights on a girl that has course hair, but the finished product doesn't come out, then don't say you can and you want to charge $365 for a job that looks nothing like the pic we came in with that they said they could absolutely do!!! I had a terrible experience. The stylist never listens to me and gave me the same color as I came in with. Asked for blonde like butter and no gold! My hair is orange. Left with a wet head because she couldn't fix the color unless I came back four hrs later!. And wanted to charge me for conditioning after her mistake! read more
