Don't expect a refund if they didn't serve you your food. This place has absolutely no concept of Customer Service.

They have bench seats and independent chairs. They do not have outdoor tables. About the service... long wait all around. I ordered a Coke Zero, they brought a can with a straw- I would say very reminiscent of what you would get in a kiosk in Puerto Rico, but other tables got a cup and ice. Maybe it's upon request? My husband ordered Perrier, or soda water, but they don't have any. It could be that they only serve canned drinks, not from a machine. So he got water, refills come very rarely. So far trickling slow. Every time I decide to do a "realtime review", something happens that it makes the service very slow. They play Latin music in the background. Food's here. Hubby ordered the pinchos with tostones one thing he noticed right away is that the pinchos aren't grilled. I ordered a pork pincho with mofongo and I have to agree, these are deep fried (carne frita). The tostones were good, he said. My pincho is very fatty and the flavor is ok, not seasoned as I would expect. The mofongo is on point, with crispy bits of pork rinds. The bill reflects a 4% increase if you use a credit card, regardless of your party size. I might come back and try some other items, though. Better luck next time.

Puerto Rico has its own twist on Chinese food and Pa' Los Chinos does a good job at this unique cuirolls. The outside is showing its age a bit, but the inside was clean and pleasant enough in a no-frills type way. I went with the chile chicken combination (served with fried rice and French fries) and a Philly style egg roll. Both were very good and the chile chicken combination gave quite a bit of food. The ordering process is you order at the counter and they give you a buzzer (at least they gave me one since mine was to go). My buzzer buzzed and I was on my way in a decent enough amount of time. Again, the food was very good and I would definitely recommend a visit here.

While waiting for our food my toddler began to cry as he was tired and hungry and again, he's a toddler. This location's response to a crying child was to raise the music volume and tune him out. The volume was so loud I could barely hear my niece sitting across from me. Clearly, trying to tune out a crying toddler with loud music was not the solution and only made him worse. I had to take him outside in the Florida heat to calm him while we waited for our food. So unless you want to eat somewhere that being a literally child is apparently a sin and a bother, avoid this place at all costs. I should've noticed the red flags when the family bathroom was absolutely disgusting with soiled trash on the floor and had no changing table. Never coming back here again, absolutely appalling customer service.

Once we found out they had a restaurant, we knew we had to check it out. The restaurant itself is beautiful inside with great vibes and a nice atmosphere. Our first visit was mostly good, but I would not recommend the tripleta. All you taste is the burnt tortilla, and it wasn't like a typical tripleta sandwich. The second time we went was for a graduation celebration, and sadly most of the food was a miss. The grilled chicken and sauces were especially disappointing--expensive, bland, and not something I'd order again. The drinks were also disappointing and tasted more like sugary syrup than actual cocktails or fresh drinks. We chalked it up to maybe being an off day. That being said, we also ordered catering for the graduation before the unfortunate dinner, and the catering was amazing. We ordered pernil, leg porchetta, arroz con gandules, and roasted whole chicken. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well done with no complaints at all. I just wish the dine-in experience matched the catering and food truck experience better. Overall, I would still recommend Crocante because when they're good, they're really good. The service was okay, nothing special, but not bad either. The space is beautiful, the vibes are great, and some items are definitely worth trying.

When you walk up to the truck you are greeted by the friendly workers who advise you to place your order on the screen and if you need assistance they are more than happy to help. Once your order is placed they will send you a text message when it's ready. They do have a little canopy area with tables and seating, but it's so hot to be outside I opted to wait and eat in my car. We waited about 30 minutes before receiving our food and once we received it you could tell everything was freshly made. We ordered a combo that came with 2 pinchos, 2 pieces of bread, 2 orders of loaded fries,2 mofongo balls. And 2 drinks. The pincho meat is big meaty chunks and well seasoned. These were some of the biggest pinchos I've found in Orlando and the price was really reasonable. The loaded fries were ok, just typical fries with bacon and cheese. These mofongo balls had good seasoning, they weren't dry at all, and the perfect portion. The garlic bread was good as well and was soft. Overall everything was great! The seasoning on all the food was perfect, the portions were more than enough, and the prices extremely reasonable. The only negative I have to say is that it took long for us to receive the food but everything was freshly made and I appreciate all the hard work they do during the extremely hot fl summer.

We ordered the "Para probar de to" which brought 1/2 a chicken, pork, rice, a side of your choice and morcilla (blood sausage) and it was $19. We ordered two of those to feed a family of 5 and we had left overs to take home. We paid about $60 to feed a family of 5 including drinks. We came mid-afternoon, and while I did see some fresh food coming out, some of what was there was looking dry (the chicharrones, in particular.) The lunch special includes a choice of rice, a protein (I got two large honey-glazed ribs) and a vegetable (mashed potatoes with cheese and bacon mixed in for me.) I added a scoop of pinto beans on the rice. The meal was so large, the to-go box containing it wouldn't close. (They have plates for those eating in (which we did), the lady didn't ask us which we wanted.) The ribs were well-cooked and tasty; rice and beans were good, the cheese and bacon didn't help the mashed potatoes much. My wife had trouble getting what she wanted in the pernil department: there wasn't any nice crispy skin left, just either flabby or hard; and she had trouble getting the lady to pick the nice fatty pieces of meat she tried to point out.
