There are two entrances to this restaurant - through the main heavy black iron wrought doors that leads to a corridor or through the sliding door that opens up in the summer for fresh air. The corridor leads to spaces on both sides. Surprised to learn that they have a cooking school too. The outside has very obscure signage of restaurant name, we almost missed it. The inside, including the toilets are very nicely decorated with flowers it's almost a fairytale. Food presentation surely feasted my eyes. Edible flowers were used in some dishes. However, they may not necessarily filled my tummy. There were some dishes of which the taste didn't come together cohesively. * Fish and Chips was recommended although fried fish was so bland. It could use some salt. * Chor Muang Flower Dumplings was very artistic but I couldn't tell the chicken from the pork dumpling nor the veggie dumpling. Peanuts were all I tasted in all 3 kinds of dumplings. * Siam Sliders: the idea of these sliders were perfect and executed well. * Fettuccine Scallop Pad Cha is the least on my list. Taste after taste and I am not sure if squid ink fettuccine was the right match for the ginger pad cha sauce. It didn't do justice to the sauce nor did the sauce do justice to the pasta. . * Sous Vide Thai Khao Soi Steak: this spicy Khao Soi sauce compliments the steak slices well. * Banoffee Crumble's coconut caramel sauce was a bit too sweet for me. * Coconut Crème Brûlée was a perfect end to dinner tonight. This is very very good with just enough sweetness that brings out the mild coconut meat. Love this! Loved the service. Our server was all smiles and very nice.

OK I raved so much about Food by Fanta my girlfriend drove from N Van to join us for brunch today! Daughter got the Shirley Temple and the 3 adults split 2 Sangria flights, lol. Started off with the Becheamel Taro Nachos, Marinated Tamarind Prawns with Avocado Bechamel Sauce served over fresh Taro Chips, topped with Swiss & Mozzarella Cheese. These were so different but super tasty. For the mains hubby had the Pork Tenderloin Schnitzel Marinated Breaded Pork Tenderloin, Pineapple BBQ Sauce, Mixed Greens, Candied Walnuts, Raspberry Vinaigrette. The amount of Pork was extremely impressive! Two massive pieces. Really like the salad and hubby had to get a second amount of BBQ sauce for the Pork as there was THAT much pork, lol Girlfriend had the Avocado Prawn Toast (VO) Avocado, Prawns, Bacon Seasoning, Micro Greens on Homemade Toast. Yum yum yum. It would be nice if that came with the salad as well Daughter went for the Soufflé Pancake (V) Fluffy Pancake & Fresh Fruit, topped with Crème Brûlée Sauce (takes approximately 35 minutes to prepare). This was a first trying a dish like this and so glad that it took a little longer as we shared our food with her and when hers came it was like dessert. So light and fluffy and decadent but not too sweet. I tried the Grilled Cheese Chicken Waffle VO Waffle, Fried BBQ Chicken, Cheddar, Mixed Greens, Avocado Herbal Mayo & Microgreens. WOW! This was so different but absolutely amazing! Service was a bit slow to start but she was polite. We took a look at the back where they do their cooking classes and that room is stunning! I think this is my new favorite brunch spot but we really should try them out for dinner, hee hee hee

We came here on a whim as we happened to be in the area and it was the best decision we'd made all day! We did have to wait an hour as a walk in, but definitely book ahead if you plan to come here. Thai-French fusion with an occasional twist of Italian due to the chef's international training. Who knew this existed?! This was an experience in artistic dining for sure, one of the most interesting restaurants I've ever been to in Vancouver and that says a lot as Vancouver is full of creative, quality dining options. Everything that came out of both the kitchen and bar were a sight to behold. The cocktails seemed to be in a league of their own with impressive presentation. On more than one occasion I had to ask our server what others were having out of intrigue. The sliders were by far my favorite dish, really interesting combinations and every one of them delicious. I had the Scotch egg which as individual components were decent, but the whole combination of taro tempura fries, Scotch egg and the rest were impressive purely for the amount of creative elements on one plate. The chicken waffle was top notch and waffles, deconstructed for the kids, were also a hit. Don't even get me started on the interiors. With a plant filled entrance, once inside and seated, the restaurant is highly reminiscent of what you'd find in a higher end Thai restaurant in Thailand. The decors and details, you'll need to see it to understand. And the staff were all wonderful, friendly and attentive. We walked out highly impressed with the meal we'd just had. We know others did too, judging by the lengthy conversation, lashings of praise and desire to meet the chef/owner the neighboring table had! Oh and people say it's hidden, which is true as you don't really notice it walking by, aside from the sandwich board and plant filled window once you do see it. However, cross the road and Fanta is boldly signed and centred on the building. Hidden in plain sight! This isn't the owners only restaurant, apparently they have a traditional Thai restaurant across the road and maybe one other location. If we lived closer, we'd likely be regulars for sure. If you have the opportunity to visit this unique brunch spot, don't think twice, do it! But book ahead if you can!

What was ordered: ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ~ Sous Vide Thai Khao Soi Steak $42⁣⁣ ~ Banoffee Crumble $12⁣⁣ ~ Pineapple Moonshine $16⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ There is nothing more better than a restaurant that has an amazing presentation of food and the flavours to match. The Sous Vide Steak was flavourful with a kick of spice and the drink was delicious, tropical flavour. The ambiance and decor gives a classy vibe. Perfect for a girls night out or a date night. Tremendous job Food by Fanta.⁣

A beautiful night made most special by Food by Fanta... Valentine's is a special day for all lovers to intentionally take time to be present and see each other for the love they hold. That is not to say you are not present or expressive of the value of your relationship or your partner. My partner this year made reservations to Food by Fanta for Valentine's Day dinner. We had heard it was lovely but had no idea that in Langley there was a restaurant that serviced next level dishes what are mind blowingly delicious! There was a appie and rose mamosa to start, so nice. We went with the 4 course meal: mildly flavoured thai curry soup with a delicious shrimp-crab croquette, it was plated an eye pleasing manage of colour. second course was the salad that reminded me of a light and creaming mango salad with spring greens, great palate cleanser. The main was a piece of Artic Char wrapped in lettuce type leaf with spinach puree in a coccunut milk based sauce that was to die for. Dessert was the apple tart for me and my partner had the floata, lovely and custardy creaminess. The services was amazing, so attentive yet not invasive and the spent plates were taken away right away...one of my pet peeves when at a restaurant. If ever you have a chance to visit and dine, go, it is a wonderful experience.

I would give it 3.8 star. We came here for my birthday meal last Saturday, and it took us awhile to find this place. The restaurant itself is very beautiful and filled with plants. We were seated promptly, and I ordered a lavender lime cocktail, which was pretty and delicious. We ordered the flower dumplings and cauliflower as appys, scallop squid ink pasta with pad cha sauce and braised lamb shank with massaman curry as entrees, and the coconut pandan creme brûlée as dessert. The flower dumplings are very IGable, it does look like a work of art. However I find the dumpling skin is too thick and doughy, and the minced meat inside is a bit too sweet for me. The deep fried cauliflower is pretty good, I particularly like the coconut leek dip. The scallop fettuccine is flavorful, scallops are pan seared just right, the pad cha sauce is slightly spicy, which add some kick to it. The lamb shank was not tender enough, and the massaman sauce was too sweet for my taste. The coconut creme brûlée was very pretty, but sadly it was all liquidy below a thin custard. We asked the server if it's supposed to be like that, she apologized and asked the kitchen to make us a new one. The second one was better, and I love the fact I can scoop up the coconut meat to eat as well, but it was still a bit liquidy compare to many other creme brûlée I had. I don't live close to Langley at all, it was an intentional 45 minute drive to eat at this restaurant. I really wanted to love this place, unfortunately it did not live up to its excellent reviews. With it being so far away from me to begin with, I likely won't be returning.

My friends and I originally made the trek out to Langley to go to Texas Smoke BBQ but there was a miscommunication and they were closed. Disappointed, we went to Food by Fanta as heard great things about this joint. With such a narrow floor plan to work with, Food by Fanta has beautifully designed the space itself. The washrooms are small but works well and decor is beautiful and airy. My friends and I commented what a beautiful event space it makes for a baby shower, bachelorette brunch, and other special events. The brunch menu was creative. A girl friend and I decided to share the ballerina wings appetizer, grilled cheese chicken waffle, and Hidden Gold benny. The grilled cheese chicken waffle was amazing with a delicious big fluffy waffle, melted cheese, and perfectly fried and sauce tossed chicken. My only feedback is to use a Gouda or more flavourful cheese than cheddar. The Hidden Gold benny was a poached egg wrapped in deep fried pork meat with a white wine hollandaise sauce. This was delicious and I loved all the asparagus that came with the dish, had more asparagus than fries! The meat actually wasn't greasy and was a great balanced dish though wish there was a few more fries - I love me my carbs. Our ballerina wings never arrived but since the two brunch entrees we ordered were of decent sized we decided not to follow up with it. Our server did notice when we were paying the bill and apologized forgetting to punch in the order. Creative delicious beautiful restaurant, would love to come back if ever in the area again.

What a GEM!!! This place is so hidden but if you find it, you will not be disappointed. The interior design have utilise every single space to the fullest and yet making the tight space look spacious. The restaurant definitely cater the niche market to independent female customers. From decor, cocktail mix, plating to taste. Wow - They really aced it. I've ordered a mango flavoured mimosa, it is so refreshing. The alcohol & liquor ratio was on point. Love love love the nachos. They have a sweet sauce on it but yet the nachos are still crispy with cheese. They've also decor it with edible flower & deep fried Basil. It was just a surprising but yet a very balanced flavour. Seared Tuna was made perfectly. Plated on top of a layer of avocado, fresh mango soak in balsamic vinegar. Top with crispy taro strings. Because of the vinegar, it brought the freshness of the tuna to a whole different level. I haven't experienced this quality of food apart from Asia. Definitely worth trekking to try this place out.

The food looked amazing, super cute but it tasted normal. Wasn't overly amazing and it wasn't terrible. The drinks looked aesthetically pleasing and tasted great!

A Thai fusion place in Langley BC. It seemed like a busy night tables turned over quickly. Serve was excellent. Waitresses promptly refilled water and changed cutlery and napkins after appetizers. Started with Chor Muang Flower Dumplings. Thai flower dumplings that came with 2 chicken, 2 pork and 1 veggie. Sablefish/Risotto. Poached Sablefish and portabella mushroom risotto Midnight Burger. Burger with bacon, tomato, cheddar cheese on a charcoal bun. Would be interested in going again next time I'm in the Langley area.

Wow amazing ambiance and the food presentation was excellent. Quantity of the food was very less for the price. Taste was ok not as expected. No much options in the menu. Can try this place for the lovely ambiance and the presentation of the food.

We stopped by for lunch over the weekend. We were seated quickly. QR code for the menu was on the table. We decided on some appetizers and I ordered the pork schnitzel for my entree. The presentation was beautiful. I was so amazed that such a restaurant exists in Langley. The flavours were good. I did find the dumplings to be too sweet for my liking but they did look amazing. My schnitzel was tasty with the pineapple BBQ sauce. My favourite item was their coconut creme brûlée. It was delicious and presented into a coconut shell. Reservations recommended as the restaurant was packed. Service was good. Parking can be challenging at times as the area is quite busy on weekends.

Similiar to a scotch egg ontop of greens and yam fries. Hollandaise sauce ontop

Love the interior, decor, all the plants and spacing of everything! The food was great, vibrant and matches just how hip the restaurant itself is. We got the flower dumplings, ballerina wings, chicken waffles and the golden eggs benedict. The ballerina wings were really nice, they sat ontop of a fried noodle which had a tropical fruit salsa underneath it. Giving it a sweet and citrusy type of flavor to the wings. Different textures, vibrant flavors to a wing dish. I thought the flower dumplings were a little gimmicky. The skin was a little tough and the taste were very similar from the chicken to the pork and veggie. You mostly taste the other ingredients being onion, cilantro, peanut and radish. I did like the chicken waffles which was actually a grilled cheese filled with avocado, mayo and greens. I'd say the flavors all blended in fairly well with each other giving it a unique and interesting taste between the cheese, mayo and avocado. The waffles themselves were also really nice and light. The hidden gold benny was also really nice. It was very similar to a scotch egg sitting ontop of some greens and yam fries. Hollandaise sauce poured over. Overall, amazing ambiance, vibrant food. I'd say flavors could be better, but I would definitely come back here another time for brunch/ dinner, or drinks. Great sit down place to bring others.
