However, I'd rather a place nail every limited option they have, rather than be mediocre with a wider selection. Secondly, I find it odd is their shoyu tuna is a bit spicy even though shoyu isn't traditionally spicy; they sprinkle a red powder on it. On DoorDash, you can't ask them to withhold the spice powder.
