The same security guard, this time I'm in line he walks over to me aggressively points, I say who me? He grabs my empty hand basket, I grab it back, he continues to point aggressively. I ask the cashier to please ring me up so I can leave, the security says I'm being aggressive, I tell for him to leave me alone, mgr walks over to his credit he calmly listens and tells the guard to be quiet even walks me to the door to keep security from speaking to me. Luckily for me, the sprouts was fully stocked just like the ones are in the Bay Area, California!! After I waited for 15 minutes with other items roasting in my car in 90° weather, the Customer Service with authority to help me (who had told a fellow employee that she would help me) returned with three or four boxes of 12 mini diet cokes. I reiterated that I only wanted 2 six packs of the mini cans, none of which were on the shelf. She told me there were none in back. I asked her if since there weren't any of what I needed, I had to pay full price for the larger box that I did not want or if she could give me a discount (maybe the same price as 12 would cost in the BOGO?). She dismissively told me that I had to pay full price if I only bought one box. I consider that neither "working with me" as a customer nor Customer "SERVICE." frankly, I was shocked and appalled at her attitude and lack of desire to help a customer. She had no apparent desire to help me as one of her customers. Her attitude does not reflect the customer orientation that I have known in any other Publix in any state in my life. I am grateful that there are now two Publixes in LaGrange and I will do all that I can to shop at the Publix at Merganser Commons instead of the one on Commerce in the future.
