I'm disappointed with my recent experience at Ingles Dallas Nebo . The customer service has been subpar, and it's clear that staff morale is suffering.While shopping I've experienced specifically a customer service member by the name of Vera belittling and yelling at employees from across the counter. Coming from someone with a business it's a terrible way to treat your staff and should be ashamed !Employees seem disrespected and poorly treated, which impacts their ability to provide quality service. Specific concerns include the deli department, where the new manager's behavior has raised concerns about favoritism and created a potentially uncomfortable work environment. I hope the store addresses these issues to improve both employee satisfaction and customer experience. read more

Started coming to this location after my usual stop in Dallas started to decline in quality. The stock here is pretty good. Usually have what I want/ need for groceries and I tend to find other stuff. The meat selection is usually good. That's why I like ingles to begin with. The produce here can be a bit hit or miss in freshness. Generally speaking it is still quality and a weekly trip. read more

We're from out of town, this place was recommended, BUT the staff is rude, service mgr was middle aged black woman with shaved hair, very inconsiderate and rude, the little confused Starbucks clerk argued with me that the black coffee they gave me was the vanilla latte I ordered, when I showed her there was no steamed milk she pointed to the bubbles of the black coffee and said there it is ! Went to Ingles and got 75.00 in veggies for my church function they didn't offer a box to put in 5 items and one was bake beans the lid wouldn't stay on instead they didn't wrap it so it spilled all in the car so we had to go back and get it wrapped read more

I must admit that I have not been an Ingles fan... But after my experiences last Friday I have become a permanent customer. My local Butcher retired and closed up shop. So I was in search of a couple of good steaks. Since Ingles was on my way home and they have a staffed meat counter I stopped by. I picked out a couple of good looking Rib Eyes and had a Filet Mignon cut ... The staff was Friendly and helpful.. even pulled a couple of twice bake potatoes from the back. When I got home I was shocked to find that my two steaks were not in the bags. I hurried back but no luck in finding them. I explained my dilemma and the staff was like no problem go back and get some more ... The butcher was very helpful, I had my two stakes and they assured me there would be no additional charge. The steaks turned out excellent. I must say they were the best Grocery Store bought steaks I have had in a long time.. While the steaks were great, the customer service was over the top. Been shopping here for a long time, however the produce department has been a little lax here lately, all the melon cut up pieces in a tub have been not even close to ripe. Mostly hard product, almost have to cut it with a knife, well maybe not that bad but still hard and very crunchy, they used to be mostly ripe when bought them. read more

This is an Awesome grocery store! It always has very fresh produce. The veggies have a long life once you get them home vs other stores. The meat section is very good with reasonable prices. Also, if you are a cheese lover, there are many cheese's to choose from, and the ready-made food bar is great, with many types of olives. The store is always clean and well lighted with good asile size for customer movement, and most of all, the people who work there are super nice. Also, you can find many specialty items that are not in many supermarkets/grocery stores. read more

I went today to pick up my child's cake for his birthday. The bakery department was great but I go to pay for the cake and other things and I walk back to the bakery to show them that I had paid for it and I would pick up later but she was almost done with it. so I stayed until she was done and I go to leave and some man that worked there stop me because I left the store in the wrong direction... so this experience has made me think twice about this store ... he was insinuating I was stealing the cake when I just paid for it ... and I'm at ingles everyday .... well more like the gas station lol read more

My new place since Kroger's has been taken over by computers that dont pay taxes and Star Bucks hire refugees instead of Americans. But I heard Kroger got in trouble for price gouging or something. this store is clean, nice employees, have everything I've need when gone there and plenty of parking unlike Kroger's read more

This is the store closest to my home. Being new to GA, I am still searching for a go to store for all my needs. I do eat organic and they do have a good selection, however I'm not certain they are competitive on pricing, which is typical for most chain grocers. I have had problems with the cashiers and sackers at this store; two weeks in a row, an item I purchased didn't make it into the sack/cart and I had to go back to get it fixed. I complained to corporate, but no one from the store ever contacted me. Now everytime I go in, I will inventory the receipt against what was put in my bags before I leave the register. It's sad I have to do this, but apparently neither the sacker or cashier are paying attention. The store is very clean, but things can be hard to find at times. With walking limitations, if I can't find it where it should be, it comes off my grocery list which results in a lost sale. Since my diet is primarily organic, I will shop at Whole Foods or Sprouts before shopping at chain stores whenever possible. read more

I do most of my shopping at this Ingles. It's a very clean store and the staff is certainly nice. The store has an excellent meat section and the bakery is better than publix. They also have many items on sale each week and you can earn gas discounts as well. The only reason the store only gets 4 stars is because their vegetables are sometimes not fresh or not stocked. Overall, this is the best grocery store near my house. It certainly beats shopping at the old, dirty and busy Kroger up the road. read more

This is one big store..... the aisles are wide enough to drive a car through and it is kept very clean. These are all good attributes for a grocery store, plus it is very close to where I live . The problems with this store are multiple: 1. It is pricier than other stores in the area. 2. You can't get out of the store in normal time. They are so cheap that there are never enough check- out people. I have actually walked out if this store in frustration after waiting several minutes to be checked out . 3. There is never anyone in the body of the store to help you, and it is so big that if you can't find an item , you waste too much time searching. 4. Unlike every other store on the planet, they don't have an ATM. 5. They don't keep any money in the cash registers so if you want cash back over twenty dollars you have to wait on the checker to walk over to the service window and sign out extra money. ( see item four) 6. Looking for things in this store will make you nuts! For example : The breakfast biscuits are in the freezer section under a sign that says " juice". The manager here is over thinking things. read more

I usually don't like Ingles but this one has an awesome salad bar and food bar. It also has a video store.

Numerous times I have noticed and unfortunately purchased out of date food from this location. They get so little business the food just sets on the shelf and they don't pull it. Also God forbid you hand them a hundred dollar bill they have to go get a manager to get your change. They usually have only one lane open and the uscan never works correctly. I give up. I'm driving further to Publix from now on. read more

I shop this ingles weekly . The produce department has greatly improved from years past. The meat department has excellent prices and good selection. Also to this date there has not been a recall on meat from Ingles,vs another grocery chains recalls .They have wide uncluttered aisles and friendly staff . The staff always greets me and acknowledge my presence . they have weekly local store price reductions ,this is a great financial help . When leaving this store ,I feel safe. unlike the k----r in dallas, where customers are harrassed and provoke by low lifes . they always ask if i want help getting my groceries to my vehicle . read more

I have things that I only buy at Ingles! Best one is the beef! Their beef has the best flavor than any store that I have visited. It is so much better than Publix, Kroger, etc... After getting used to eating their quality it is hard to enjoy a steak anywhere else. I prefer the chicken from Food Depot though. Tyson chicken is dry when you cook it. I love Ingles selection of special items as well. Their large tub ice cream so delicious! I have bought many brands and the chocolate is so good you can hardly stay out of it! It is the only ice cream I buy now. Their fruit is always sweet and delicious and I only buy sweet potatoes here. They are always delicious! Many of the store brand items are delicious. And thier milk is better than anyones! We were milk snobs and only drank Mayfield but we love Ingles milk! Some of their groceries are pricey so you have to shop the sales. I love Ingles! read more
