The outside area was relatively clean after a heavy rain, and the convenience store was also well maintained. Customer service has been great except for this last visit. The checkout clerk was not friendly at all, not rude or anything just seemed unfriendly and very inattentive. So much so he charged me for an extra item that I hadn't bought. I have no idea why he rang something up that was not in my cart, but it was a "happy birthday" balloon and I have no idea where that would've came from. But instead of refunding it right then or at least calling a manager, he directed me to the customer service desk. I don't have time for that. Besides just being a waste of my time I also had frozen bread which I wanted to get home quickly in this 90° weather. So I'm giving the 5 stars based on my prior experiences. I was so apologetic for dropping the basket anf Taryn reassured me that spills happened often and to not worry myself. I offered to help and go get a replacement of the dropped item. Once again Taryn made sure to ease my concerns about causing the spill. Again, this particular location is always amazing but staff is 5star.
