I don't get to Dallas, NC too often. In the last few years, I've probably been to Dallas, Tx more…read moreoften. Today I was on mission to get some R.O.'s BBQ cole slaw. The R.O.'s restaurant closed down early in January after being in business for over 50 years. Ben was driving so he dropped me off in the front of the store and I went right in. I asked 2 people who worked there where it was and they had no clue what I was talking about. There was a lady customer who overheard me and pointed me to the back of the store where it was located. They had the 32 ounce and 16 ounce sizes and I got the larger size. I'e grown up eating this and living in Fort Mill, the closest was Gastonia. Now that they have gone out of business, I'm not sure how I'm going to replenish my supply. I've only been inside one other Ingles and that was the one in Lake Lure, NC and this was much larger. It was very crowded on a Saturday and lot's of people getting their Starbucks. It was $8.48 which I thought was a fair price.

I always stop to get fresh salad from the bar or fresh cut fruit to take to work for my coworkers. The Rotisserie chickens are always a hit! The Cashiers are always smiling and welcoming (especially the older lady at register #1) and it's easy to self checkout as well! The older gentleman in the Deli knows exactly what I get each visit and I love that! I will bypass Food Lion every time to go to INGLE'S !!

Hello Penn Station East Coast Subs,…read more I had the very best visit yesterday at Penn Station East Coast Subs, Store #376, in Dallas, North Carolina. 701 W Trade St Dallas, NC 28034 My ReceiptID is 149170-376 I would like to recognize two outstanding employees, Katie and Nadia, for providing exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and made to feel welcome. Both employees were extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the menu and products. I ordered a large Philly Cheesesteak and a small order of fries. I was impressed as I watched my meal being prepared with fresh ingredients, and the food was served hot and in a timely manner. Everything was absolutely delicious. In addition, the restaurant was very clean and well-maintained. What stood out most was the positive attitude and customer-focused service provided by Katie and Nadia. They not only treated me with kindness and respect, but I also observed them interacting with other customers in the same friendly and professional manner. Their enthusiasm and dedication made it clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about providing an excellent customer experience. This level of customer service, combined with great food and a clean restaurant, is what keeps customers coming back. I respectfully request that this message be shared with the highest levels of your corporate office so that Katie and Nadia can receive the recognition they deserve for their outstanding commitment to customer service and representing your company so well. Thank you for employing such exceptional team members. I will definitely be returning and look forward to visiting again. Their efforts did not go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated. That's a good thing because their service is super slow. I appreciate they make the sandwich. It's the other people putting it all together. It makes getting a sandwich from there a bad choice if you only get a 30 minute break. Their bread is amazing. It's fresh and has the perfect consistency. Enjoy...just be sure you have time.

Top Tier CS! I come for the BOGO's and pantry bulbs. Its great for large families full of snickers…read more I also love their fresh made subs. I'll make my own party trays for parks, work or family gatherings. Lastly, their discounts near the front of the store. You can always grab discounted staples. My mother-in-law had surgery, so my wife and I are here for Thanksgiving…read more Her brother graciously ordered a Thanksgiving meal for us from Publix: my wife chose the ham, marshmallow, delight, dressing, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, and rolls . Ordering and picked up or easy, except the store didn't include the ham glaze. The note to pick it up was underneath the price tag on the ham so my wife didn't see it. Preparation was well thought out by Publix - each of the dishes took about an hour to cook at the same temperature, allowing one of them to be used for everything. Looking back, I would modify the dressing and sweet potato casserole, to make them less runny. Ham - excellent flavor, and very tender. I can't comment on the glaze (see above). We ended up making our own, since Publix was closed on thanksgiving day (I support that). Dressing - it came out very runny, so I would either increase the temperature a bit or cook it uncovered longer. I was surprised that gravy wasn't included with it, but then again, I've never heard of ham gravy for Thanksgiving (yea, I've made Red Eye Gravy, but that's another meal and ham). Sweet potato casserole - way, way, way too sweet and runny. It was more like a soup. The "topping quote was added just as a glob to the casserole. We scooped it out after tasting it. blah. Green bean casserole - I really liked that. The green beans weren't mush. They were crisp and flavorful. Marshmallow delight - I can't give you any feedback because I wasn't going near it with a 10 foot pole. lol. Rolls - I was expecting Mrs. Schuberth type rolls. These were somewhat hard and crusty. Overall, it was a good experience and meal. We have tons of leftovers, so come on over.
