Stopped in on New Year's Day. Grateful they carry the extra salty pretzels I like. The store was…read morehalf lit. It kinda felt like I shouldn't be in there...like it was closed. Had a "going out of business" ambiance. Got some prepared foods. We liked the deviled eggs and chicken potstickers. The fried chicken bites were awful as was the take and bake cheese pizza. Grateful it was open. Everything a couple dollars more expensive than other places.

Like ordering a cake for my wife's birthday. So the day before I wind up at the mercy of the bakery as she wanted a strawberry blossom cake only made at Lowe's. Of course, there weren't any made at the time and after calling two other locations, I thought all was lost. Theresa stepped in and said she would make me one and I could even pick it up after 4 that day as we would be out of town the next. I got there just after 4 and she had a beautiful cake waiting for me. Saved my hide and did so with professionalism and kindness. So thank you, Theresa, for making my wife's birthday a bit better and keeping this disabled vet from panicking.

Was in the store today and while waiting for my sister to finish shopping I notice an associate who…read morewas straightening the shelf's. You could tell she liked to organize them. She was very efficient and polite when shoppers wanted items she was working on. I also observed her helping an older woman with her items offering her a box she had just emptied. I asked her her name and she said Monica. Monica is an outstanding associate. She went out of her way to make an older woman's shopping experience easier. And, the store easier to shop. this store has gone way down hill. too much dollar store junk. regular items not stocked. this…read moreis not a supply issue, rather an employee/management issue. employees dont care. self checkout is the only option most of the times, and there are lines. additionally, there is no place to put the items you already bagged. so you have to play the shuffle game. then, one of the 20 people standing around while YOU are doing the work wants to look at your receipt when done. The store is dirtly. cluttered. and way too many employees, a lot in yellow vests(mgmt) just standing around. i literally had 6 employees standing around the self checkout, while the customers waited in line. all of these employees standiing around, are costing the customers $$. employees wages /benefits do not come from management or corporate, it comes from charging the customers more. yesterday, i went in and there were NO bags. the entire store was out. seriously?! how does that happen? it happens because the personnel there are lazy and incompetent. Covid was an excuse to be out of items, but the supply chain is strong. the only excuse for not having something, especially bags, is because of incompetency. someone didnt inventory and reorder. this type of situation happens all the time at this store. everytime i go in with a list, at least one of the items im looking for isnt stocked on the shelf. i have sent mutltiple complaints to Corporate, and yet same problems. it wont take long before this is just another ghetto walmart that no one wants to go to. so sad for our once nice quaint little town.
