    Sushi

Me and my boyfriend went there to get the all you can eat. It is $25.99 per person and is definitely worth it, especially if you like sushi. They have plenty of variety of sushi. Our favorites were the dumplings, general tso's chicken, friend rice and salmon roll. Be aware that if you don't finish all the food when getting the all you can eat, they add a 30% fee to your whole check.

Great all you can eat sushi, plus it's never too busy. Very polite and friendly service. Welcoming. Great for take out too.

No complaints from me, this is within running distance for me and my go to when I want to eat alot of sushi for a decent price. When I go for dinner, there's usually one other party with several people popping in and out for take out. I actually enjoy the peace and quiet. My go to is Godzilla, Chicken Tempura or Salmon of some sort. For apps, crab rangoon, salad, seaweed salad or egg drop soup. The chicken tempura roll could be better, it looks dry and uncrunchy unlike other places I've ordered it at. They do have fried green tea ice cream, but that's extra, unfortunately.

A Hidden Gem for Sushi Lovers: Quality Meets Value Imagine all-you-can-eat sushi at a price that doesn't break the bank, yet still offers high-quality, delicious food. That's exactly what you'll find here. First off, don't expect flashy decor or live entertainment. This place is all about the food and nothing else. If you come to dine in the daylight, there's a chance they won't even have the lights turned on. It's a no-nonsense establishment where the focus is clearly on what's on your plate. And let me tell you, what's on the plate is impressive. The variety of sushi is remarkable. From the classic California roll to more adventurous options, each piece is crafted with care. The fish is fresh, the rice is perfectly seasoned, and every bite is a delight. It's a rare find where cheap doesn't equate to a compromise in quality. The service here deserves a special mention. Attentive, friendly, and quick, the family staff makes sure your experience is seamless. They are knowledgeable about the menu and happy to make recommendations, which adds to the overall dining experience. In conclusion, if you're a sushi enthusiast looking for a great deal without sacrificing quality, this is your spot. It's a testament to the fact that great food doesn't need to be accompanied by a high price or flashy extras. A definite must-visit for anyone who values good food and great service. 5/5 stars! I was selfishly reluctant to write this review but after eating here for the last 9+ years I figured it was due.

Loved that this restaurant is family owned. The appetizers were great but the portion size could be smaller. We were a group of 6 for all you can eat sushi. We wanted to try lots of food but 12 crab Rangoon have out, 8 wings, giant shrimp platter. By the time we're done with the 3-4 apps, we were basically full. The sushi rolls were good (esp Spider roll) while sashimi (limited to 8pc/person) was quite limiting and the quality itself is alright.

Food has improved! Also they have indoor dining again with the all you can eat buffet. The lo mein is delicious and sushi is fresh. Hot and sour soup was actually spicy and sour. So good! Staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Definitely will come again.

I came here just because of Kim S. pictures. I was at life alive in Lowell and then saw how close I was and got back in my car and drove down here. I hoped and prayed that the food was as tasty as the pictures she took- and I was not disappointed. I walked in to a totally empty restaurant no other patrons so that was a bit odd. I did take note that they had 2/3 orders to go. The miso soup came to the table piping hot and tasted great. I hate/loathe/ completely condemn in the strongest way possible tofu so I just spooned the few pieces that were in my soup. I HATE TOFU. The GT chicken Bento Box was really good. All white meat chicken. It was so yummy. I will be back often as this is a great place to eat with great service. The price is a bit high for just me it cost $24 w/o tip. But damm it's well worth it

    The Chow mein

I normally buy japonese food from this place like sushi, sashimi and rolls. So today I tried with a couple of work colleagues to try something different. We ordered the chicken chow mein, sweet and sour chicken and spring rolls for delivery. I'm sorry but it was disgusting, spring rolls: cabbage and 1tiny shrimp, that's it. Chow mein: felt and looked like someone ate the spring roll, threw up and that's how the chow mein was made. Horrible to look at not appetizing at all! The saddest part is if you google "Chow mein" it looks completely different than what we got. So I called the place and spoke to the manager because maybe it was a wrong delivery order they sent us. He said that's how they cook the food and that is how spring rolls and chow mein's are made, when I said wow it doesn't look nice at all he hung up on me. We buy the sushi 3 times a week here, because of your rudeness and disregard to your customer you just lost 4. Oh and be careful with the shrimp inside the "spring roll" they don't remove the intestinal tract.

Great value! Don't expect the fanciest food from here, but it's always good portions for the price. Their crab rangoons are amazing!

Inside, it's very cozy and has that Chinese cafe feel. It's clean, and they also have outdoor seating. My favorite are the individual window seats. I like sitting there and people-watching, though it's not exactly the busiest area for people-watching. Soup dumplings? Yes, please. The skin is slightly thicker than the ones I've had in New York, though they're still great. I never just order one thing here. They have a lot of variety with Chinese appetizers, dumplings, noodles, rice, and even mala hot pot. Do not pass up the braised pork rice bowl if you like hearty, authentic Asian dishes. I keep forgetting this place is here until the weather gets colder or I'm craving dumplings. Overall Service: Always so nice. There was one time I was on-call while dining here and got paged, and they helped box everything up for me to take home. I really appreciated that. Definitely a place I'm glad to have in the area.

But today's experience was sub par to what we are used to. I didn't leave the establishment because I was with others who wanted to enjoy the food. The first issue was we couldn't seat where we wanted, it had to be where the waitress or manager decided we were to seat. Not one client in the restaurant. Then she brought the bill before we requested no one was waiting to be seated, then refused to split the bill when previous times with a different server was not a problem. We split the bill to only 2 because thats all she could do, me paying for 4 people she denies my tip amount and says if I don't tip a 18% , theywill charge me $80 extra for a party of 6, again we were only 4 people. I am very disappointed with my service and treatment, unfortunately I don't know the server name but she is one that speaks more English. Will I go back and be bullied into tipping what they want? Probably no.

Where am I suppose to go for BBQ Pork Buns / Char Siu Bao buns ?…read more I posed this question in the Worcester FB group and most of them pointed me towards this restaurant. I've previously eaten here a few times, but I've never managed to stop by early enough for their Dim Sum lunch until now. As a side note, I cannot believe Worcester doesn't have ANY restaurants that serve these buns? Sounds like some enterprising individual needs to fulfill this void. I normally drive all the way to Joyful Garden in Watertown when I have a Dim Sum craving. Other times I will already be wandering through Boston before I stop by Hei La Moon. I came here with the expectation that I will get the same quality foods. This place has got a pretty darn big parking lot. I'm not going to count every spot on Google Maps, but it's about 50 spots. So it should not be hard to park. Walking inside, I was quickly greeted by the wait staff and directed to my table. I'm no interior design expert, so I will candidly say that the decor totally yells 'very Chinese' and elegant. I don't know man, just look at the interior pictures and you'll understand what I mean. If you've never done Dim Sum before, it can be very overwhelming. Someone with a cart will come by and you'll have several seconds to process what's available and say "Yes" or "No" through a variety of dishes they point at. And then before you can recover, another staff member will come by with another cart with towers of steaming baskets and you go through the song and dance again. I kid you not, in the average Dim Sum experience you will sit down and then have a table full of food literally within a few minutes. Before I knew it, I had 3 plates and 3 baskets on my table. The verdict? Totally delicious. I'm not going to talk about every dish I got and wax poetic one by one. I don't have time for that, and if you've been to one Dim Sum place, then you've been to all of them. I will give a few shoutouts for the sake populating this review with important keywords. Char Siu Bao bun / Baked BBQ Pork bun ; this is my favorite dish and precisely the reason why I came in. The bread is so light and the pork filling is so delicious sweet and savory. I'm in heaven Chicken Feet ; actually, I will note that the chicken feet here are not as flavorful as other places I've been to. This is a small nitpick because it still firmly lands in the delicious spectrum. It's the difference between scoring an A and an A- Random Pork Bun ; ??? I cannot find it on the menu, but I chose a set of 3 buns that were filled with pork. The bun style was closely similar to the chewy glutinous sesame balls and they were filled more yummy pork. I've never eaten these before. Shiu Mai ; holy sh** these are the biggest Shiu Mai I've ever eaten. I had an awesome experience here and I recommend it anyone in the area to give this place a shot if they don't want to drive all the way to Malden/Watertown/Boston/Quincy.

Experiences have ranged from a 3*** to 4****+ with the variable being both food and service…read more Definitely very good Chinese food worth the visit. Typically, you are quickly seated with the server checking in immediately and providing hot tea for the table. This is based on 3 recent visits, and weighted by the last visit which was a disappointment. The neon lights outside beckon you to come in. It's a brightly lit dining room with round tables typical a large Dim Sum restaurant in Boston. Perhaps a little too bright, but there is typically a table available. It offers late dining which is great. The food is certainly very good typically with good sized portions at a good value. The pan friend dumplings a large, tender and a great value. The Hunan and Sichuan dishes provide healthy portions. Definitely very good Chinese food for the area. It is typically served quickly and very hot. The service has been mixed. On a not so busy night, we felt ignored. It took a long time to get drinks (arriving with the food in one case) on one occasion.
