Came here before going jewelry shopping for my son. Needed a quick bite to eat. Chicken feet were not good and we ordered two. My sister loves chicken feet and got excited. It was way too sweet! Tripe was pretty decent flavor, dumplings were fine, salt and pepper shrimp were delicious and hot! They made us the wrong Chinese broccoli; we ordered it with garlic sauce and they put oyster sauce. They did re make it for us no problem. Service was alright, never asked if we needed anything or how food taste. Typical Asian dim sum place. Went to use the bathroom, saw a worker come in with gloves to wash hands, then used the bathroom with gloves, and leave the bathroom with the same gloves on after she picked her nose. Yeah that was gross. Good thing I ate already.

The ambience it's traditional Chinese restaurant. The service was decent. The dim sum dishes were mostly on the soggy side. not just one or two dishes, but a lot of the dishes had too much water in them. the shu mai for example, the corn start/flour that's in them to bind everything together was incredibly mushy. the chicken feet were way over cooked and dried out. the turnip cake had too much water. it was almost jiggly like jello. overall, it's the worst dim sum place i have ever been to in my life so far.

Fried calamari, coconut shrimp and shrimp.

For dimsum, it is average. Prefer going quincy/boston has better ones. Best thing here is thier fried calamari, shrimp and coconut shrimp.

siu mai with a little extra ... like extra metal band... what is it from?

We came to this place knowing that food was not going to be super authentic or great, it was just a lot closer than going into Chinatown, Boston. So we came in with lower expectations. However, our expectations were not low enough. We ordered dim sum for take out and here are some thoughts: - flavor was by far the furthest from dim sum we have had. It was unfortunately worse than some frozen dim sum that you can get at Asian Super Markets. - Everything was greasy and flavorless. - There is a lack of wok hei in the dishes.

I really like this place for a classic dim sum vibe because they roll the cart around. It may be a little overwhelming since there's a lot of carts moving around at once and they're asking you what you want, even if you don't necessarily know what you want. When I went with my friend who speaks Mandarin, I was able to find understand more of the options that were available on each cart. Overall, pretty good dim sum in the Merrimack valley, I would definitely keep going here for my dim sum fix

Their Shrimp dumplings is awful.. not as good as before.

I tried the shrimp dumplings this Saturday and it was awful. The shrimp dumpling wrapper fall off easily and not as good as before. The rest of other dim sum seems ok but not hot enough. Service is so and so....

The food is very salty. Food tastes like old oils. They need to improve on their food. Changing oils more often make food taste better.

The atmosphere is upscale yet welcoming--modern decor, lively vibe without being overwhelmingly loud The staff was super attentive and friendly from the moment we walked in, making great recommendations. We started with the salt & pepper calamari and some dumplings--both were fresh, perfectly crispy, and packed with flavor. For mains, the fried rice was spot-on (flavorful and not greasy at all), and the torched tuna with truffle butter sauce was absolutely divine--such a creative fusion twist! The sushi options looked incredible too, and everything came out hot and beautifully presented. Portions are generous, and the quality really stands out compared to other places nearby. Drinks were solid as well if you're into cocktails. We'll definitely be back--it's become our go-to for date nights or when we crave something a little special. Highly recommend Karma if you're in the Andover area.

They have a big parking lot although it took a weird turn for me to figure out how to get to the street. And my car did get in the lot so just a warning for that even though the lot was basically empty somehow my car was struck ‍The service was great, they were attentive and were pretty quick to get all food. For appetizer we got the crab rangoon and beef rolls which are both with a good sized portion although the crab rangoon was more heavy on the cream flavor. We got the large size of the hot n sour soup and the portion was a lot larger than expected for the price of $6. The noodles were a little let down, lacking some flavor this was both for the cold noodles and beef soup. The mapo tofu and the sichuan chicken were definitely my favorite, the mapo tofu had the perfect numbing flavor that I love.

High quality Sichuan you…read morerarely see in the 'burbs. -- Sweet Crispy Duck: A do-it-yourself duck bao arrangement with soft wheat buns, sticks of cucumber and scallion, and mostly-shredded crispy duck in a sweet and savory sauce. Think understatedly sweet pulled pork on a bun, only with duck and Chinese flavors. Looks small, but pricing is in the appetizer range, so I treat it as such. Good. -- Shredded Beef with Cayenne Pepper: Not your typical brown sauce glop, even though it might look that way. Lots of spices mixed in, and possibly tiny bits of garlic, along with a fermented, slightly salty quality. Longhorn pepper added mid-level spice. -- Spicy Lamb Dry Hot Pot: Plenty of spiciness and plenty of numbing action from the chili peppers, though no whole peppercorns I could feel. The lamb was both crisp and tender, with spices clinging. Texturally, the vegetables (broccoli, string beans, lotus root) and thin potato slices were all perfectly in the sweet spot between too firm and too wilting. Intense lamb flavor and sauce flavor. Elite. -- Fish Filet in Chili Oil Sauce: Tried this on a lunch combo after enjoying it several times as an entree and it's almost as big as the entree. Very soft, tender, unbreaded fish chunks in an oily, spicy sauce. Near-elite to elite. -- Fish Filet with Green Sichuan Pepper: A huge bowl with delicate white fish and a mostly clear broth that suggested lack of flavor, but looks can deceive; this was very spicy in a pickly, peppery, mouth-numbing way. The broth was too thin to make it suitable for rice, so best with bowl and spoon. -- Shredded Pork with Wood Ear in Hot & Sour Sauce: A new dish introduced in October 2025, this had very tender wormy-shaped pork shreds in a treatment that lived up to the name. Spicy for sure, and very tart as well, with pickled green chili peppers doing double duty. The black mushrooms were relegated mostly to textural enhancement. Clean flavors and no real sauce per se; a nice, unique dish. -- Ma Po Tofu: Pretty solid but pretty standard rendition, with a Boyardee color and consistency, but a spicy, peppery flavor. Soft tofu. Average or a tick above. -- Green Beans with Yacai: Perfectly cooked vegetables with plenty of crunch, just enough wilt, and every one of them well lubricated but not heavily sauced. I'm talking zero glop. Accented with yacai, another vegetable additive that lends some mysterious (actually fermented pickled mustard greens), addicting flavor along with salt. Not saucy, not spicy, but not the least bit lacking. Excellent. -- Sichuan Kung Pao Chicken: Tried on a whim to see how different it would be from standard. It's spicy chicken, with a bit of Sichuan peppercorn tingle, but not that spicy. Same peanuts, no celery. Slightly but not overbearingly sweet. Tender but not crisp. Nice little diversion, but prefer my Spicy Shredded Chicken (much spicier, no sweet) when in a chicken mood. -- Hot & Sour Yam Noodles: Thick, slippery glass noodles in a thick, dark brown condiment with a strong soybean flavor. A little too intense for me, like trying to down a Guinness. Whole soybeans on top. Service is solid, even with just a couple servers at most times.

We both ordered the vegetables medley mine seafood witch was supposed to contain lobster shrimp and scallops was so bland no flavor Lobster non existent frozen scallops shrimp was just ok the Misses had the beef version witch she barely touched same bland flavorless dish just with beef . Long story short we went there hungry left hungry paid a bunch of money . As the waiter comes to our table we ask for a check he sees the food barely touched along with the cup of soup that was still full to the rim and doesn't even ask if anything was wrong with the food .With a straight face brings the check places it on the table and walks away expecting us to pay for the garbage he knows he brought but we were not satisfied with. The Misses doesn't like to fuzz about the food and Tab just wants to go . I was pissed because i did want to fuzz but bit my tongue we paid and left . Food can be bad anywhere at any given time it happens. But the service and blatant disregard for your customers and quality of food is just something i will not tolerate anymore with restaurants in this economy. If you can't provide good food and service then shut the fucking doors and stop robbing folks for their hard earned money with your crappy food and even worse service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE I REPEAT DO NOT IF VALUE YOUR MONEY VISIT THIS BUSINESS AT ALL . You will be disappointed. We will never go back and will spread the word about this crappy place to anyone who listens and know until I see them out of business. They have been there long enough to not care. A fairly new restaurant i would maybe consider watching for improvement for another chance but not this decade's old business.. 2026 and beyond I am no longer tolerating this type of behavior from businesses and restaurants just trying to take our money without providing satisfactory food and service and you shouldn't either !
