Anyway, there were 3 employees, 2 females and 1 male on a Sunday 6/7/26; the place is not busy at all since they just opened. The lady (reddish hair) who was "working" with us wasn't engaged, we had to fetch for her MULTIPLE times, and is always walking away to chat with a colleague. Mind you, me and my significant other were both trying out sizes and she keeps disappearing to chat with her colleague by the entrance instead of staying close by at the minimum. Arrived here right at opening time on a Saturday. The two ladies at the counter were super friendly and asked if I needed any help right away. I spent a few minutes browsing for a new pair of Nike training shoes. During that time one of the ladies came up and checked on me. I'm not shocked to see all the one star reviews on here. My experience was awful, I went in with the intention to buy 2 pairs of Jordan's but did not buy anything based off of principle. I looked around the entire store and was not greeted by one employee, when I finally found some shoes that I wanted I had to track down someone and ask for a size. When my shoes were brought to me the staff member at the store just set them down next to me and walked away, he didn't ask if I wanted to try another size how it fit or anything. Foot locker your system sucks! My daughter bought a pair of white nike huarache 2 weeks ago but she changed her mind, so on Saturday she decided to go back an exchange them for pair of vans. The only problem was the she lost the receipt An then the person who charged her put her email wrong so she only got $39.99 of store credit which is more than 50% Less of what she pay for. When she wasn't even asking for the money back she was only trying to get store credit to get a different shoes. She came back all sad that day because it took her 2 months to have enough money to buy those shoes but because the color she decided not to keep them. I didn't like to see her like that so today I when back to the store with new vans an the receipt an asked them the cancel that transaction an I wanted to keep both pair of shoes. This time I have a receipt of the transaction but nope if I want the other shoes I have to pay full price. Went in the store to buy a pair shoes. My son found the ones he liked, but the only size they said they had was the display. I said I don't buy display shoes, the girl at the counter said we actually have two pairs in that size. So the sales associate goes in the back to get the other pair which were not display shoes, he came back out, but he switched the display shoe on us. I only noticed because the display shoe had a black lint on the shoelace and so when he handed me the new box and said these were the new ones in the back, I said you switched them on me. I bought a pair of "athletic" slippers; you know, the plastic things with an arch on top. Sticker shock: $40. They didn't have my size (11) but the sales guy convinced me that I was OK getting size 10's . I went home, slipped my bare feet in the slippers, walked from my bedroom to the kitchen, realized that they were not what I need (unpleasant feel, too small!) so I put them back in their box. I tried returning them the next day. I wanted my money back since they do NOT have my size in the whole store. Well, they showed me the soles and said that these shoes were worn out therefore they could not give me my money back. I pointed out that I must had gone through a serious time warp for these things to be so worn out when I had bought them 10 hours earlier and I wore them for exactly 30 seconds. He was SO helpful and friendly. I'm very impatient and also very indecisive and he was able to pick up on that and help me choose the shoes I wanted. The selection is pretty standard here. They don't get that many unique releases. A few times, I looked at the FL launch locator and they listed this location as having the release.... it didn't. My friend already was nagging me that this place isn't trustworthy, but I decided to give Foot Locker a chance.. I bought a pair of shoes for a friend but they only had the pair in kids. She is a size 5.5 to size 6 women's. I asked to get the pair of shoes but convert whatever size a kids size would be to fit a girl that's regularly size 5.5-6. After looking at it a day later, they gave me a size 7Y which is something thay can fit my mother who is a size 8!! The right size they should have given me was a 4.5Y-5Y. I also asked before the purchase, "Are you sure this will fit a women who usually is size 5.5-6?" and they constantly reassured me. Now i have to drive all the way back to exchange.(Thank god I asked for a gift reciept. Honestly I don't even know if they deserve 1 star, poor service. As you all may know, all well known sneakers such as Jordan's always go on raffles. As a customer, I always want to be aware of the times and days the raffles will be up, i mean who doesn't, right? Foot Locker employees need to work on their communication skills and give accurate information to all customers. This whole he said she said or "do you remember who you spoke with, because its not today" is unprofessional, why tell customers to come back a certain day, knowing that all customers will take the time to return to receive a "try again tomorrow" from another employee; very disappointing. Also, a smile while greeting would be a lot more welcoming and friendlier, leave that attitude at home. My dad and I went in here for some shoes and the sales staff took their time to walk us through the different shoes based on our comfort levels. Love this store. The staff here are great! Alex is very helpful, friendly and went above and beyond. I was doing last minute shopping for my daughter's cheerleading competition and I really needed some shoes in size 3. I called the store and spoke to Alex luckily they had the shoes I needed but the store was closing in 3minutes. She kept the store open for me 2 minutes after 9pm. Christina was ready with the shoes helped my daughter try the shoes on and answered some questions I had about the product. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful.
