And we asked an employee a question where she rudely responded "I can't help the line is right there." Which is absolutely ridiculous. She proceeded to go to the back and sit on her phone. PLEASE read the reviews before coming this place is horrible. Save yourself the gas money and drive to the other locations instead. The parking lot is also horrible and there is no parking, and many pot holes.

I couldn't find any I liked in my size, but he dug down into a drawer and found just what I was looking for. He also helped me select a stylish belt in my size. My purchases were quick and easy thanks to him. While at the checkout counter I asked why he was working in the store alone. He gave the same reason so many businesses are struggling to find help in these post COVID days. There's no incentive to work when the taxpayers pay so well with all the "stimulus" money on top of open-ended unemployment benefits. I just shook my head and thanked him for all his help. I'll come back next time I need clothes to fit my fat ass.

I Ordered a tux jacket a month out before my wedding. It was almost double the price of the one I…read morereally wanted on line, but decided to purchase it anyway since my size was not available on line. After three weeks I was told there was a shipping delay and it would not be in until after the wedding. The sales person I was working with seemed very nice and said he would put a suite on hold for me that was comparable. I went to pick up the suit, and the original sales person greeted me and help up the suit with my name on it and a paid tag attached. I tried it on with another sales person and it fit perfectly. Then after measuring me for alterations was told by second sales person that I needed to pay over $300.00 more because I was only entitled to the jacket. At that point I asked for a refund. I explained the situation to a person who seemed to be a manager that the second sales person grabbed and he said the same thing. He took the suit, and pulled off the vest and pants and handed me the jacket. The price for the pants and vest changed several times. What should have been a quick exchange and apology ended up ruining my day and shopping experience. I will not patronize that establishment again. Lost a good customer as I have spent thousands of dollars there in the past.
