I Ordered a tux jacket a month out before my wedding. After three weeks I was told there was a shipping delay and it would not be in until after the wedding. The sales person I was working with seemed very nice and said he would put a suite on hold for me that was comparable. I went to pick up the suit, and the original sales person greeted me and help up the suit with my name on it and a paid tag attached. I tried it on with another sales person and it fit perfectly. Then after measuring me for alterations was told by second sales person that I needed to pay over $300.00 more because I was only entitled to the jacket. At that point I asked for a refund. I explained the situation to a person who seemed to be a manager that the second sales person grabbed and he said the same thing. He took the suit, and pulled off the vest and pants and handed me the jacket. The price for the pants and vest changed several times. What should have been a quick exchange and apology ended up ruining my day and shopping experience. I will not patronize that establishment again. Lost a good customer as I have spent thousands of dollars there in the past.

Was obvious to me that he was immature, disrespectful and his lack of professionalism was evident! The rotary leather punch is all he needed to measure the spaces, I was in shock and I showed him that the rotary have the exact measurements in between the holes, was in shock that he didn't know a simple thing as that to what I say I guess common sense is not that common ‍and he continued with the attitude and refused to make the wholes in my belt! As a manager I don't think he is trained enough because his costumer service are 0 in my personal opinion and experience. Boot Barn Corporate/Owner Please educate and train your store staff members, that way we costumer feel comfortable asking questions while we shop and request service in a store we constantly shop at. First time was early/mid October to get some costume ideas and to check on the inventory. It was packed with lots of costumes for adults and children plus props, decor, makeup, hats etc. My second visit was on 10/30 and the inventory was greatly reduced. I asked about the return policy and learned that store credit was the only refund and since this is a pop up, they would be gone right after Halloween. Place has a Nice set up with automated decoration. A subway car with monsters and flashing lights. Cool stuff and well organized. Not much in the way of staff but the cashiers were really fast. I found some makeup and my costume for the costume party I was planning to attend. Everything was under $100 for what I needed.

I wanted to buy it all but i controlled myself & wallet. Now fair warning Spirit is not cheap. It is pretty pricey & Spirit Halloween took off their 20% off 1 item that was always available. I guess b/c they're a trend now & also I get it licensed products are costly. However,you can catch coupons on their website & not sell your soul for an animatronic.
