What a great place to go if you have sore feet. I was having a lot of pain behind my big toe and I knew it was from my shoes. I have heard of places like this before but never visited one. I went in and was greeted by Jack. Great guy. He asked me what was going on and a I explained it to him. He told me to have a seat. Went here for the first time and the owner was amazing. He helped me find the right running shoes and insole that best fit me. I didnt even pick a shoe to try on. He just brought out the shoe he knew should best suite me and with amazing taste. When I asked about sandals, he didnt push me into buying anything if it didn't fit right, instead he told me to come back in a few weeks when he he ets more designs in. I have bad plantar fasciitis with a bone spur & was inundated with so many people recommending so many different types of shoes that I saw this store online and decided it was better to go try on shoes and decide for myself. Wow, I ended up getting a pair of shoes for walking around the house until I get my orthotics made. I will DEFINITELY be going back. The service is amazing and they are incredibly helpful. There were people from out of town, even, while I was there & they offered to have shoes shipped directly to their home in California because some of the shoes ship from Germany. Lot's of shoes to chose from. Prices are expensive. Last time I went to the store, they didn't have my shoe in my size.

After having to return shoes three times to the Good Feet store because they kept selling me the wrong size, then finally saying they didn't have my size and ordering my size only to find they took the same ones from the back room, I went to Foot Solutions and lo and behold that shoe in the size I needed did exist! They were very helpful and ordered my shoe in the color I wanted and even ordered two different sizes to make sure the fit was right. They are very helpful, knowledge and kind and I left feeling they actually cared that I was wearing the proper shoe. If you have a problem foot like I do, give them a visit and you will see how a professional store operates. I could order that shoe online but I prefer to have a personal relationship with a store that cares. read more

We were initially impressed with the wonderful customer service we received in the summer of 2012 when my husband needed some new dress shoes. He has very difficult feet to fit because of no arches and some pronation. I don't remember the name of the young lady who helped us, but she was excellent at finding the right shoe for my husband. This summer he needed a new pair. I called the store and spoke with Jack who was extremely helpful about getting the exact shoe for us. Our work hours are such that it is nearly impossible for us to get to the store so Jack actually hand delivered the shoes for us to our workplace!!
