Excellent service every time I've been. Have purchased 3 cars and a bike. Never had any issues with the service or sales departments.

It could be that the service from the other places really highlighted the difference in service and care, in comparison. I had a couple of friendly experiences with Brady already but I will say, both times, they forgot to have the car washed afterwards but the second time, as we were headed out, Brady saw and asked them to get it washed before we left. I kind of miss the cookies they used to offer but nbd. They do have hot coffee or tea available and flowers or a snack bar for you as you check out. One negative thing I don't like about this place, is the seating. All the seats are too deep. I had been in a car accident a few months earlier and could not sit without pain in their waiting area because there is not enough support in their deep seats. Not everyone is tall and the difference in the back support of a seat or chair is huge after a car accident. I'd love to see different seating options or some seats with extra pillows for support.

The facility will text when your vehicle is fully serviced and ready for payment and pickup. There is a pay counter towards the entry. After payment, you get a choice of a rose or snack. if I had a Honda, I would always sit and work here during service maintenance due to the cleanliness and variety of amenities. Well done IG Honda!!

Like others I had appointment times that were meaningless. They expect you to leave your vehicle with them for as many days as it takes them to get to it. One service advisor actually told me that making an appointment only gets you a place in line for service. Don't expect anyone to call and tell you when it will be ready either. You have to keep calling them to get any updates. Bad service hasn't stopped them from raising their prices either. Higher parts and service costs than other dealers in the area. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I'm now going to miss Christmas with my children because the car had aftermarket parts that negated the warranty that was sold. I was adamant that I need a warranty for a used car with higher mileage and was assured that this warranty would be perfect. The warranty won't cover anything on the engine because of the aftermarket parts and I've had to pay so much for transportation while my vehicle is sitting in my driveway because the engine is shot. It has nothing to do with the aftermarket parts, not the company that provides the warranty will not cover replacing the engine. I was sold this car under false pretenses! The dealer is doing nothing for me and simply doesn't care that I haven't been able to spend time with my children without a vehicle. I will be seeking legal ramifications. They tried to pad my loan with every possible option and some of them didn't even apply to the vehicle I purchased. Major red flag! Buyer beware, bring a lawyer with you when you purchase a vehicle here! I was provided a loaner vehicle while Morrie's worked out the details of what it would take to fix my vehicle. Flash forward to mid March of 2026 I still had no resolution. I was called to return the loaner for service and at that time I was told that the newly hired service manager decided to tear down my motor to the point of failure in an attempt to get my warranty to cover the costs. It was already established that that was not possible due to the aftermarket parts. I previously advised them to just replace the motor. He also stated that a fuel injector leaked into the motor causing it to put a hole in the piston. That's incorrect, the Ford dealer I towed it to performed diagnostics and did not find anything of the sort. He provided that excuse as a way to show that the warranty couldn't have covered it as it was only regarding internally lubricated components. I told him that I never authorized the tear down and only asked that the motor be replaced and was assured by John the sales manager that they would work with me any way they could. Today I went to pick up my car after they suggested changing the flywheel and clutch and had more than 33% to put down on the cost of repairs and was told that they couldn't help me. Stay away from this company at all costs!!!! They had my car for over 4 months!!!

Andreas and Hedi were professional and took great care of us through the entire process. They stood by their quote and discounts and made it super easy for us to move forward with the sale. It took an entire 2 hours from when we arrived till we left with the new car. They had better deals as well than other Mazda dealerships in the MN metro area. I also used Morrie's for service in the past and they have always been great with their service.

I've tried on and off to go to local places, but I keep coming back. That's because the pricing and transparency are spot on. I've never found it to be overly inflated or manipulative. There have been numerous times when they have authentically told me what to prioritize and what I could wait to repair or replace. As a female, I have had experiences in other places where they try to take advantage of me, and that's never happened here. Many think dealers just want you to get into a new car, but with 270,000 miles, I have never once been pressured. In fact, they told me I probably have at least another 30,000 miles left. Because of all this, I would recommend coming here, and I will definitely be purchasing my next car here.

This was one of the worst car buying experiences I've ever had in my life!…read moreThey "pre/owned used car sales manager" at this location was condescending, arrogant , and or dismissive during every communication. Two out of the three cars shown to us were filthy; the inside littered with trash and debris. We decided to go with a recently traded ford escape. We were very apprehensive about buying a ford and expressed those concerns, verbally and printed recent recalls, most common defects and problems reported from ford escape owners; one being that after 100k miles, the transmission and or engine on the model we were looking at fails. The sales manager and the original sales person repeatedly promised and assured us that the car would receive a rigorous inspection Every concern we mentioned received the following " before it leaves our lot , every car is inspected to fullest extent, we will know if something is wrong have it repaired before we take your money" The car was not cleaned as promised;the windshield had wet wipe streaks, dirt in the cup holders etc. Not even 24 hours later, the under carriage comes apart from the car. No apology, or accountability but the bolts they didn't initially put back were installed. Less than a week later, the car shakes, stalls and turns off at a red light. This issue escalates and becomes so severe we aren't able to put the car in reverse or stop at stop signs without it violently shaking and turning off . When we call the dealership to report this, the customer service associate says that they do not repair nor will they inspect the car as it's not a Toyota, and to follow the instructions in the extended warranty package we purchased. After a week and the car becoming a safety hazard, we take it back to the inver grove . This time, we meet Zack, the new car sales manager, and tell him what's been going on with the car. Unable to back out the parking space and drive 50 ft to the service bay , without the car turning off, he immediately has a conversation with service department and gets us set up with a loaner until our car is, diagnosed and repaired all within 20 min. The next day we reach out to the original sales person and give him an update and ask that either him or the manager please follow up when they have any news on the car. After two or three weeks, we started calling for updates. We would call once or twice a week, asking to speak with the manager, leaving messages asking for a call back with an update on next steps. After two months, we thought it would be our best bet to try to catch the manager in person. When we finally see him, we asked if he had received any of our calls or been notified about what had been going on with the car. He said he received our messages, but had been busy, he was aware the car is having some transmission issues and is in the process of being repaired . What else was there to discuss, and or what did we want? Taken aback from his tone, one of annoyance, I was perplexed that he would acknowledge his lack of communication without an apology or plan of action moving forward. I expressed our disappointments with the process this far: the lack of communication, missing sense of urgency from him and his team. Our main concern, and reason for wanting to speak with management is to discuss how a failing transmission, that we discovered within 7 days of purchase, was missed during the " rigorous inspection", and what other options were available to us. His response in no particular order "that's how the car buying process is, these things can't be predicted, they have several good reviews that refute the poor experience I've had ,so he doesn't see where him or his team could improve, they're doing what they can, they can't do anything more for us " I told him I felt he was being dismissive, flippant , and would he want to or have a loved one be treated this way. he said he had a similar experience and he was fine with it. I We purchased the car 4/6/2026 and got it back with a refurbished transmission the first week of July. Since then we have needed an oil change and were told the car needs brakes . Two basic repairs, that should've been done at the time of the original promised inspection , or during any of the 4 months they had it in their possession. I've had better experiences buying a jalopy in a Grocery store parking lot.

This was my second oil change so it should be $5, but they accidentally gave me the full price one. Luckily when I let them know this was my second oil change they easily fixed it. I did see the oil was about the same price as other places, so that's good. The first time I got an oil change they forgot to reset the service notice in my car. But this time I asked to make sure they'd reset it, and they did! Only thing I forgot to ask was to make the correct number of miles for when I come in again. My KIA can go 7,500 miles before the next change but both times the sticker tells me 3k miles. I don't know if that's a computer thing or they simply don't know, but I'll just be going by when my car tells me to go in again. Everyone is nice and friendly from what I saw! But the little mistakes is why I made it 4 stars instead of 5. But to me, 4 stars is still excellent. Also their free service for a car wash is what you'd expect. It gets the major grime off, but both times there has been certain "stains" or residue left behind on the windows. Don't expect a completely clean car from it!
