Prior to writing a service ticket, the gentleman who helped me, first took the compressor to an electrical outlet. He turned the knobs and the release switch at the bottom of the unit. Then he started it. Magic, it turned on right away. I had let someone else use my compressor and they had made adjustments to the knobs without my knowledge. Once everything was set correctly, the machine started. Apparently, the tank was already full (that's why it wouldn't come on). Once some of the air was released and there was room, the machine came on. I had to drive 1/2 an hour to get my equipment serviced so it was really nice that I didn't have to leave it and make a return trip to pick it up. They could have just written a ticket and had me leave it but they did a preliminary check first. I learned something new about my compressor and they saved me money and time by fixing my problem in a few minutes. I highly recommend this business for their integrity and customer service. I will definitely return.
