Their prices are undefeated for what they offer; Chuck literally pulls up to wherever you are and fills your tank for cheaper than it is to take it to a business that does it. They service food trucks and when I was working on one I can't begin to describe how valuable this business was to us. Business has been so well that Chuck even hired more family to help out. Customer service has great room for improvement. - My 1st time arriving my access code didn't work, staff were on lunch and I waited around for 45 mins with 2 trucks full of movers and items. They have an app for remote gate access but staff on site have no idea how it works and can't troubleshoot issues. Prices went up $60/mo! - The deal started out as 1/2 off for 3 months, went to normal billing for 3 months, and now it's an extra $60/month?! Their competition around the corner is now $100 less per month and they were unwilling to retain my business by offering a lower rate. Byeeee!

We got ahold of Peters on Sunday and they came out first thing Monday . Nevada ( that's his name ! :) opened up the well house , tested everything and said yep let's pull that baby out .... What a haul ! Even called his boss Aaron who came right out to us to help pull it out . Once out , found out it Needed new wiring , new pump , the whole deal . Nevada had everything on hand on his truck and got us up and running with water within 3 hours . Super nice guy ! Very personable and told us everything about our well that we didn't know . 5 year warranty too . We will most definitely call them if we need any help ever again . And will tell all of our friends .

These guys are a new small business just getting started in the equipment rental business. They are great! This has truly been the easiest and best equipment rental transaction I have ever had. Free local delivery. Ultra friendly service, newer equipment, and reasonable prices. I didn't have to go to their place of business to sign any long contracts or even give them my credit card over the phone. We arranged the date and time for delivery, and when they dropped off the machine he took care of the paperwork, "ONE PAGE" at my home. Chunyu was super friendly and helpful on the phone, and James who delivered the equipment was also a very kind and courteous young man. And James was very thorough and patient when explaining how to operate the equipment. I am an old retired veteran, and not as sharp as I used to be, but both of these young men were helpful, courteous, and honest! I am posting this post because I have had nothing but piss poor service, junky equipment, and high prices from the other local equipment rental that thinks they have a corner on the market. I won't mention them by name but if you rent equipment from time to time, you know who I'm talking about. I'm doing this because I want to see these young men prosper and do well. Gabe and his crew are always busy because they are really good at what they do. Plan ahead, don't try to get a "this week" rush job. We do light welding ourselves and have also used other welders and Harris Industrial in Auburn, but Ace Welding is by far our favorite custom fabricator. If you can draw an accurate engineering drawing or can rough something out and walk it in : they can help correct your drawing and do amazing things for very reasonable prices.
