The owners and staff are incredibly diligent, detail-oriented, and always create such a welcoming environment. The pricing is amazing--my gel manicure was only $35 base price, and all of their other services are very reasonably priced as well. Another huge plus is that this salon is appointment only, which I absolutely love. It means no waiting around and no walk-ins cutting into your scheduled time. The salon is always clean, and they are very thorough about cleaning and sanitizing all stations. Overall, it's a reliable, professional, and comfortable place that I'll continue to return to. Note that this establishment does not do nail extensions (gel x or acrylic) if that is something you are looking to get!

I am more disappointed by the lack of communication and customer service than the nails themselves.

I got my gel nails done yesterday at 4 and they started chipping within hours so I called and asked for a refund for the $15 so that I can get them done at my regular salon and they refused to refund me. They kept telling me to come in and get them fixed but no offense I lost confidence in the gel polish when it smeared hours after getting it. So I called twice and the same woman kept hanging up on me and then finally the third time she offered to give me a $10 gift card for their salon instead of giving me my money back??????? Kinda pathetic. Also while I was getting color the brushes in the bottles were bone dry, the woman doing my nails (she was actually a sweetheart) had to "borrow" brushes from other bottles of nail polish. I've never seen that before in my life. read more

When she got the bags with wax in them she put the first one on my left hand then when she did the right, she spilled the wax all over my shoes and coat. She ran my shoes back to the back room and came back with them wet, I guess trying to get the wax off with water. When she put the bag on my right hand, it didn't even cover my fingers because there was so little wax left. She felt bad you could tell and I know it was an accident but the upsetting part was that here she destroyed my coat, that will never come out, and my shoes I have to buff the wax out I guess, but she still charged me full price for everything. Even with no polish and wax everywhere. I really felt she could have given me a credit or taken some money off my bill.

I'm on a budget and wanted something simple so I got the least expensive pedicure service (number 9 out of 9 spa pedicure packages) with regular polish. The staff asked me if I wanted to add anything and if I was sure if I wanted the cheapest service and if I wanted to upgrade to gel and I politely declined. My mom got the number 6 which is the 6th most expensive service. The staff again questioned her choice, encouraging her to upgrade and she also politely declined. I would say it crossed the line of being a salesman and borderlined heckling. Since we were taken so late, we ended up being on a time crunch. A few minutes into the service, my mom decided to downgrade her service to the same one I had so we could get out quicker. The staff once again questioned her, but this time they asked her three separate times if she was sure she wanted to change to the number 9. It rubbed both of us the wrong way. Besides the service which we found to be rude, the pedicure itself was good quality. The massages felt short but that might have been either because we told them about our time crunch or because they felt offended that we got the lowest service. Not sure if it was worth the $37 plus tip for the experience we had but my toes do look nice.
