Alex got to my place in Redwood City early, even though my requested leave time was the ungodly time of 4:30 am. He helped me get my luggage in and out of the car and we had pleasant conversation on the way to the airport. Booking the ride was a little confusing, the online form said I would need to call someone for an exact price and it didn't recognize the Yelp coupon code. I didn't have the time to call someone, so decided to wing it since I was booking for a business trip that was right around the corner. I left in the comments area that I wanted the Yelp coupon applied, and when I got my email quote back, it had been applied : ) Once I got the email with the quote, I noticed it said I had 24 hrs prior to my ride to cancel if I didn't like the quote. So although there was the option to cancel if needed, I still would've preferred the quote upfront/online. But in retrospect, none of that matters too much as the service was great and reliable, even in the wee hours of the morning! P.S. Alex, you should default the gratuity percentage to 20%, or at least give people the option to do more than 15%- you deserve it!

Today I was served by another driver who was rude. I complained because it took him a long time to pick us up at the curb despite texting him from the luggage carousel area. He accuses me of lying about me texting him from the luggage carousel area, told me that he was doing me a favor to pick me up and that he was not paid to do it. He even reminded me that he did not receive any tip from Chauffeur Adamo despite the 20% driver gratuity included in the fare. Overall, this was my worst experience using a limousine to pick me up at the airport.

Per the website (see pic) nowhere does it state that price is a base charge. In fact it's all-inclusive. When I clarified what I was reading of the site, I was told they could only do $380 for 3 hours instead of the 4 hours stated. Person I dealt with was named Riz. He then said he would need to have someone who deals with these types of events contact me later in the day. Well I never received a call so I followed up. Riz was not available so I explained our agreement. The guy says he'll check if date is available in Sept next year without actually finding out the specific date and suddenly they just booked their entire fleet for that week. Tried to ask for the owner who is also mentioned on their site and here on Yelp but apparently "he no longer works there".
