I know that these are almost in every airport you go to so I knew this would be a good place to start. I came in and immediately looked at the drinks, water for me. I then looked for snacks and grabbed something that looked like it wasn't going to offend my innards or anyone that might be sitting next to me. However, whatever it was I grabbed was not anything I thought it was going to be. But after purchasing I wasn't about to go back and ask for a refund. Speaking of checking out. Mostly self checkout and easy to use. Even though that is so, the employee will still ask you if you know what you are doing. I was glad I had my airpods in and was able to ignore her without making it obvious.

The second time I visited was during morning rush hour around 7:30AM. It was super busy and there were only two ladies working behind the counter: one was taking orders and helping out whenever she can and the other was preparing the drink. It was a bit disorganized because it seems like the cashier girl was a bit overwhelmed. She forgot to place my drink order in the queue (after waiting for about 15 minutes) and it appears that another customer's order was also forgotten. I think they need another person behind the counter during the early hours. In any case, I ordered the Peaches and Cream Latte and it was the most delicious drink I got from this weeklong trip. Overall, I hope this place sticks around - would definitely visit again if I'm in the area for work.

There is no sense of customer service here & they should hire me so I can teach him some etiquette or at least how to smile! Overall, my experience was horrible when I needed help the cashier told me to come back Monday because they were closing. What is that?
