I can see why this place is getting a lot of hype right now. If you have a serious sweet tooth then this place will definitely satisfy your needs. This location recently opened and of course social media is spreading the word. They are opened from 3:00 pm to 2:00am. I got in line at 2:45 and a long lined quickly formed before opening. They have two kiosk where you can place your order and a table with lids, spoons and paper towels. It would be helpful to know what you want prior to ordering. The kiosk has the Sundaes in alpha order. They have four different sizes. The mini is plenty big for one person. I found that the ice cream melts pretty quickly and makes a bit of a mess if you are not careful. I got the Garland which had krispy treats and s'mores ice cream and the vanilla frosted cupcake. I will say that I liked the Garland a little bit better. Pack your patience and expect to wait depending on what time you get there. We all scream for ice cream! This is a new spot that just opened up and the line is ridiculous. If you're planning on coming, definitely bring a friend who will help keep your company. I came with a gym friend post our workout to give ourselves a sweet treat. It's really close by the Clarendon Metro and kind of hidden down the alleyway near Liberty Tavern. A friend and I stood in line for approximately 40-45 minutes on a Saturday afternoon around 4PM. Their menu is kind of big so the wait time actually kind of helps with giving you enough time to decide what you actually want. There are two iPad kiosk, where you can build your own or choose of their signature menu, which has a lot of items, somewhere also just fun to read through like one was called the demogorgon. It's a window pick up and has maybe two tables for two people each to sit at. There's also a table where they put extra spoons and napkins for people which I think was a smart choice considering how busy they are. They have a lot of sizes, but to be honest there are many is already bigger than most ice cream regular size. I like the concept of having a core to break up the ice cream and it just has a lot of good flavors that they build into each of their signature items. Since this was a pre-dinner dessert, my friend and I shared a strawberry shortcake mini, which was plenty for me because it's still pretty sweet. I still devoured it and under 10 minutes, but that's because it was just too yummy. The cream cheese frosting, red velvet core, topped with strawberries. I'm drooling right now just thinking about it again. It was so good and there's so many flavors to try. I'll definitely be back again. read more

I came Tuesday night at like 10 pm and had to wait in line for over one and a half hours. I wasn't expecting such a long line on a weeknight, but I guess it makes sense since I think they just opened last weekend. At the front of the line, there are 2 kiosks to order. I think they could have more than that, but they would probably get pretty overwhelmed with orders. Given the large number of people there, I think the staff was pretty efficient. We got the double stuffed sundae in the mini, and the strawberry shortcake sundae in the mini as well. Both were really good. I liked the whipped cream on top of both of them. I think I preferred the double stuffed one though. They were quite tasty and I felt like they were a bargain at $10 considering how big they were. There was no indoor area, just an ordering area outside with 2 kiosks and a window to pick up your ice cream. It's opening weekend so the lines are crazy, we waited over an hour and were there right when it opened. But it did not disappoint, it was amazing. I've never had ice cream with cookie dough and a thick layer of chocolate icing on top. It was decadent and could definitely be shared between two people. They had a plethora of menu items to where it was a bit overwhelming but you will definitely be able to find something you like. I like that you order on the iPad, and it's an order and go set up. Yesterday was their grand opening so my friends and I waited in line for a bit over an hour, but it was so incredibly worth it!! The ice cream came out surprisingly fast for the volume of people ordering so their staff must be trained incredibly well. Their menu has 75 (!!) different sundae options, so with that hour wait we had plenty of time to evaluate our options. I got the Get Baked sundae, which has their cookie dough ice cream, edible cookie dough, toffee sprinkles, and chocolate buttercream icing. Genuinely, the best sundae I think I've ever had, and for a 'mini' size I could barely finish it. You could easily split it with another person, and they had 3 larger sizes to pick from. Price is on the higher end, but for the amount of ice cream you actually get, it ends up feeling like a bargain. I live on the Hill, but best believe I'll be making the trek over to Clarendon this summer to get a sundae. read more

I did not realize this was the soft opening and the real grand opening is in a couple of days but nevertheless I was able to get some ice cream from here. They have two kiosks out front and there was a little bit of a wait to use them since their menu is so extensive with their sundaes and what you can customize. I got the mini and even though it is the smallest size is enough that you can split with two people or one hungry person. Despite the multiple sundae options I wanted to go with my own so I tried the campfire smores and the moose tracks. The smores was great and the moose was a good peanut flavor with peanut butter cups. I had to try the cannoli cream core and that was so good I could get a cup just of that stuff. I would easily go back despite it being on the pricier side and next time try the chocolate brownie fudge ice cream. read more

Visited the shop today after an early dinner on a Friday night. My friend said they had just had their opening last week. It was very hot and humid out and had just poured rain but there were about 20 people in front of us when we arrived. The line moved pretty fast we only waited about 15 minutes max to get to the kiosk to order outside. Once we ordered my sundae was ready in less than 2 minutes. The man serving was super friendly. The ice cream itself was extremely delicious. I decided to add chocolate syrup to the strawberry shortcake sundae and it was the perfect sweet treat for the summer heat. Ended up being around $13 after tax so quite pricey but the portion was massive despite me getting the "mini" size. There are two tables to eat along the street outside. Came here at 10pm on a Friday night expecting it to be a long wait/line. It was, but only waited about an hour before getting to the kiosk and ordering. After like 5 mins, our order was ready! I thought with how high volume of traffic there was, I would be waiting at least 25 mins of the order to be ready but they proved me wrong with their impeccable service! The staff were super friendly, and guided all of us along the line in an orderly manner. I talked to one employee and asked questions and he was super nice and conversational. As for the sweet treat, it was amazing. I love sweets especially ice cream AND cake!? I was sold the minute my eyes landed on the Reign of Terror, which was red velvet cake. It was delicious! They are all definitely on the sweeter side, so I highly recommend it for people who have a sweeter tooth to try it out. For the price of $10 for a mini and about $11 for a tasty, is not a bad price for how loaded it was. I can't complain! Overall, wonderful experience, despite the wait.
