If I could give this place 10 stars I would. They did such a good job with my 4lb yorkie named Machete. Danni is amazing, and literally kept me updated every step of the way with sending pictures of Machete after her bath, Machete in the middle of her being groomed, letting me know she was doing great, and even gave me a 15 minutes heads up so I knew when to leave to go and get her. Danni had a little to-go bag she made for Machete that even included a little Polaroid picture of Machete that is now on the fridge, some treats and some doggy poop baggies. Can you really ask for anything more? They know how to run a business that is for sure! The Facility itself is immaculate, very modern and the decor is gorgeous, they did a really good Job. Our appointment was mid-day so parking wasn't the best, but the walk gave Machete time to go potty before her appointment. The groomer did such a good Job at listening to my specific request and Danni and I came up with a plan so we keep Machete from getting matted again.
