She made the whole grooming experience so comfortable and stress-free from the moment we walked in. Gureum is very sensitive dog. After grooming appointments at other places, she would sometimes have diarrhea or refuse to eat because of the stress, so I was always worried about taking her to a new groomer. This time was completely different. When we got home, Gureum ate well, played happily and slept peacefully. Seeing her si relaxed reassured me that she had been treated with genuine care and kindness. Thank you, Grace,, for taking such wonderful care of Gureum. My…read moredog Teddy is a 16 1/2-year-old terrier/poodle mix who hates being brushed, shampooed, or groomed -- he literally shakes with fear and runs the other way. Sadly, he wasn't always like this, but age has made him extra sensitive. Despite all that, Samantha has always been patient & done a great job w/ his care. He may dread the process, but he always comes out looking and feeling like a million bucks! Samantha recently went on maternity leave, and Axel did his most recent grooming. He spent almost two hours with my very grumpy senior pup, and I so appreciate the time and care he took to make sure Teddy looked great. They're booked months in advance, which says a lot -- but totally worth planning ahead. The convenience of a mobile groomer coming right to our home is perfect for our busy family. Highly recommend Boujee Bubbles if you want experienced, caring groomers who truly love what they do!

She reached out to see if we can get the dogs on a 3 week interval schedule for bathing, brushing and 7 week for full grooming, (we did not want to commit as we work full-time and don't always have availability although we regularly bathe the dogs and try to brush them as well). When we reached out to schedule another appointment, she complained about matts in my dog's hair which is a little difficult given the type of hair they have, but she's a groomer and that kind of comes with the territory. She charges additional for a dog with matted hair (which we paid without question) but i was surprised at a business owner who argues with a paying customer about things that are inherent within the service they provide. It's convenient to have a groomer that will come to your house, but in my opinion, this service provider is not worth the inconvenience of her attitude.
