On Sunday and Monday morning I started calling plumbing contractors and companies in our area. All the companies I called charged, what I felt were, incredibly high prices for the unit and the install...until I called dFlo. Danny has an A rating on Angie's list, and he sounded like a good plumber to me, so I called him. His prices were extremely fair and definitely more in line with what my husband and I had thought we should pay for the water heater and the install. Our house needed a 50,000 BTU, 50 gallon natural gas water heater with a power vent, so my husband and I knew the unit would be expensive up-front; I had researched and had seen various unit prices online. Danny got us a great unit (same one some of the expensive companies were going to put in), the right size, with the specs we needed and wanted, he installed it the same day, and he was extremely professional, detailed, courteous, and focused. I saved hundreds of dollars (between $370 and $800 when compared with the quotes I had gotten from other plumbing companies in the area) by going with dFlo for our water heater and installation, and the unit is perfect! When the other companies tell you, "that's just the going rate for the type of water heater you need with the install," don't buy what they're saying or their products and services. They tell you what they do because they want to convince you to spend more than you have to spend. Bottom line: Go with dFlo Plumbing! And, thank you, Danny! I was using my home warranty program, so JL Mechanical was assigned to me as their vendor. I had a new furnace installed and JL Mechanical kept me updated with the date of service plus text messages to remind me and give me a link to track my installation team members. They also email you a snapshot of those who will be doing the installation work. Robert was my guy and he was intelligent, patient, friendly, and answered all my questions. In fact, I've had repairs and installations done in my house before but the entire work area and my house was completely CLEANED UP when they were done. That was in 2020 but the problem was never fixed. He died the following year but I did not know about this until early this year as I was going thru his old checks. It was then I called Roto-Rooter and asked for a copy of any signed contract. When it finally came, I saw the part I have posted that said when they use a camera, if the camera is not able to see when the problem is due to any obstacles in the way, then they cannot guarantee the problem being fixed. My late husband, 75 yrs old at the time, put his initials on that line but then why charge all the money if you cannot resolve the issue? I am now suing them in small claims court. They have taken no responsibility. My advice: Do Not Use These People!!!! BEWARE!!@

My family and I pulled into his parking lot so I could walk my son across the street because he was in the baseball parade for portage. My wife was gonna hope in the driver side and drive down to the other end where my daughters team will be. this guy comes out the house scream we can't park here. I said we aren't and tried to explain what was actually happening he's telling me (in front of my son) to get the F out of here. Again I'm trying to de-escalate. his dog run as starts harassing my 2 year old in the car cause the door is still wide open from my son climbing out finally after my wife gets in the driver side I'm trying to get my son across the busy street to get him away and to his group. once I knew he was ok and in good hands I return to see this guy threating my wife with a baseball bat. the coaches had to stop me from going across the street after him. my wife pulled off safely and the cops were called. filed a report and got witness testimonies. If this is how this business handles a simple miscommunication I wouldn't want them anywhere near my property.
