The price is very reasonable considering how detailed the work was. Robert is very talented, especially at natural looking tattoos. He draws up your idea and does not proceed until he is sure you like it. Robert is very detailed, takes his time, and skilled. He is very mild mannered and easy to talk to. His new studio is on the 1st floor of a large home and has a beautiful view of a creek and natural landscape. His studio is very clean, professional, and inviting.

And I showed him the design I wanted and he said it was too big and it wasn't going too look right with the flowers all being inside the 2x2. And I said "okay then let's just do the ladybug and I'll add the flowers later" and he said "good idea!!" And I don't know where he got the tattoo I got from. This one has a different head. Different dots. Has legs. And was just not what I wanted. To be fair I didn't correct him but also I shouldn't really have to. I had someone draw it for me and I didn't take a second look at her drawing until he was already half way done. He didn't tell me how to clean or take care of it (maybe he assumed I knew how since I have plenty of other tattoos but different artists have different after care suggestions and I tend to do what each artist tells me so if something goes wrong I can tell them I did exactly what they told me to.) He was also rolling his eyes when I asked him to move the placement. I have other tattoos on my arm and the lady bug was not centered with the other ones and it would have look wack if I had not insisted on moving it over. Then when we were leaving there was blood dripping down my arm I asked for a napkin he rolled his eyes. I get that he has been doing this all day and he's probably tired. (8pm) but I would have much rather him say "hey im really tired how about you come back _____ for the same price" or something like that. Instead of getting something that I didn't want permanently on my body. My friend came in with me and she had a similar experience (him saying it's not gonna look right and doing something different than what she had designed)
