Somehow, the Aliso Viejo Vitamin Shoppe did not get the memo. The elderly lady who works there seemed most interested in finding different ways of telling "no" or "I can't help you." I came in with a return that my wife left me, with a brief note on a sticky, that said, "Return to the Vitamin Shoppe" on it. Instead of finding a way of helping, this lady would not stop pointing out reasons why she couldn't help me. She pointed out the packaging, the date on the shipping envelope, assumed that a random 3 digit number was the date of purchase, which it wasn't, and said that I had kept the vitamins for over a year. In fact, whenever I had a question or an answer to her comments, she wouldn't stop telling me why her answer was "No." I finally left the store. I have no idea what the actual reason was, but I learned quite a bit. Mainly, don't assume because you are paying higher prices in a smaller store, that you can expect better service. Apparently the opposite is true. No Thanks to the Vitamin Shoppe in Aliso Viejo!

My daughter wanted to meet to buy a rotisserie chicken saying that it's just delicious. They would be closing in 30 minutes, so there are so many employees here just cleaning, & sanitizing everything Mother's market seems to be one of those places in my opinion that I for one take for granted. But appreciate immensely. Robert in the produce helped us, very nice employee. The isles are always large for wheelchairs, motorized scooters, etc. since especially we're near Laguna Woods Senior citizen area. I heard that this place is really popular on senior day. Not sure if that's Tuesday or Wednesday but everything is 15% off. Hopefully, I'll be able to visit this place more as I intend to eat healthier and fresher.

The smoothies never taste the same twice, and that's NOT a compliment. I just paid $16 for a smoothie that is supposed to have banana in it, and I do not taste any banana, not even a pinch, I think it was absolutely left out of my drink. Now I've got this giant flavorless smoothie to force down. The last time I got the same smoothie and it was so incredibly imbalanced with the flavors it was insane. Are you people using recipes for your smoothies and actually measuring out the ingredients? I do not think that you are. I think you guys just through stuff into the blenders and hope for the best. There is just no way recipes are being used because the smoothies just never taste right. They are so expensive and they never taste correctly made. Ever. This is the last time I'm going to the juice bar. So disappointing!!!! Addendum: had to throw the entire drink away. It was inedible. Tasted like ice and peanut butter, that's it.
