I first became aware of Emergen-C when I went to Good Nutrition which is a Atlanta based locally owned health food chain store-their bi-annual health food fair. There they had reps that were giving out complimentary samples of Emergen-C and giving you information on the product itself. I've been hooked on their stuff ever since and that's been like 7-8 years at least. You can get their stuff pretty much everywhere from your local grocery store to Walgreens to Amazon to GNC. I don't drink orange juice or eat anything citric-sy because it irritates my stomach and while foods like broccoli has vitamin C there is only so much beef & broccoli a girl can eat before she turns into a broccoli...besides that stuff gives me gas...so basically this stuff is my only source of daily vitamin C. Does it keep you from getting the dreaded "cold" where you feel sick but not sick enough to stay home sick? No, but I notice it does cut my sick time and I don't feel as tired even though I feel congested and feel like staying home and binging on Veronica Mars on Hulu... Besides Orange flavor it also comes in lemon, Acai Berry, Coconut pineapple, pink Lemonade, Strawberry kiwi, raspberry, tropical and tangerine. I've tried the tangerine, raspberry and raspberry which are okay I still think the orange taste the best...less artificial-y taste...in my opinion.
