Inside and outside are interesting works of art, many from local artists, and lots of opportunities to play sports or workout. You can walk around the area a bit, and right nextdoor is Green River. Only downside is the bridge that is still one way (long story) making it necessary to go a long way around at times. Wonderful staff. Highly recommend if you are a Tukwila resident.

The coaches/trainers Anya, Jordan and AJ are all excellent at working with people of different levels. They get to know you and your body, and tailor the workouts to your needs. You really feel like you have your own personal trainer for a tiny fraction of the cost. Classes are spread throughout the day, parking is easy, and the staff very friendly. The Physical Therapists onsite offer their "Bumps and Bruises" sessions where you can discuss any injuries and they will give you advice, exercises, stretches etc to help you recover. Overall, there is no better fitness center in the Seattle area.
