I took a vinyasa/hatha yoga class here with Kristina and it was amazing! SHE is amazing. She's been teaching for over 10 years so she's knowledgeable and has the experience to provide a seamless and therapeutic practice. Staff: The entire staff is professional, so friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about whole health- not just training hard. Facility: Beautiful and well thought out. Clean, bright and welcoming. They have restrooms and cubby holes in the exercise/group class area for your belongings. I love that it is INSIDE of the room so you don't have to worry about security of your things like other studios (where your things are out in the lobby). Equipment: They have squat racks, benches, exercise balls, row machines..all sorts of things. Also, there are mats if you forget your yoga mat. Quite frankly my massage sessions with either of them were very relaxing, professional and informative, They are both that type of therapist. TOP NOTCH! I was new to town from Olympia looking for a new workout studio and it was love at first sight! The staff are amazing the owners are so caring and friendly and I truly feel at home. I can not wait to come to each workout, if I have to miss a session I even miss the smell. Haha! I started seeing Tania for yoga and she could tell I'm a total workout junkie, she suggested her 30/30 class and I'm addicted! The class is 30 minutes of HIIT/strength training and 30 minutes of yoga. Get ready to sweat baby! My husband had a massage and he was super happy, which is rare because he's a muscle guy and it's hard for him to get deep tissue. I'm sorry I can not remember her name, but she was badass! Her professionalism and warm personality, her depth of knowledge in massage therapy as well as anatomy and biology and nutrition, make Kristina the best massage therapist I have met. She listens to my concerns and addresses them at each session. She knows what I usually prefer but will make adjustments as requested depending on how sore my back or shoulders are feeling that session. When I got pregnant she seamlessly changed my regular massage into prenatal massage. It was wonderful! Both my husband and I go to Kristina for massages. We both workout frequently, so I like Kristina after strenuous workouts. My husband also likes regular post-workout massages, but he has had lifelong issues with his back muscles and though he's careful not to overstrain them, he deals with consistent back pain.
