I do not recommend immunocompromised people to be in the women's restroom for too long. There is black mold and not ventilated. I urge everyone to submit a WA state L&I complaint about this. Their workers do the best they can and maintain daily but something has to be done about the mold. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen for these workers that have to be in it day to day and don't mask up. Lastly, their gym equipment is not as clean and the only PPE offered are alcohol wipes - half of their time they're out. You get what you pay for. I do the Power the Active and the Spin classes, in a way a blended kind of Crossfit but one that normal people like me can enjoy being part of. No one walks around in the latest spandex and there are no 'muscle heads'. This is interesting entertaining and refreshing exercise that anyone can do and do it up to any level they choose. I heartedly endorse this gym, its programs are designed by doctors and trainers and based on reality not on fantasy. We all have different goals (add muscle mass, lose weight, improve conditioning, etc), but to get results sometimes you just need someone else to lay it out for you and hold you accountable. I'm currently maintaining the most muscle mass in my life with noticeable improvements in strength, while the wifey has slimmed down a ton while adding muscle as well. We're all human and have flaws (cheat days) which she understands, but she'll hold you accountable for your poor diet and is always suggesting nutrition improvements. The workout space is in a building suite, with all the weights, machines, training equipment, etc. This isn't a typical gym; there are no cardio treadmills/ ellipticals/ bikes, but you can get the same effect with what she has you do (what trainer wants to watch you do cardio anyways?). The workouts are kept challenging and tailored to your end goal, as she pushes you to the max. She trains all age ranges from teens to seniors, individuals and small groups as well. Camie will be challenging, but at the same time everybody grows close (you can talk about anything and everything) as everyone operates on similar work out schedules. Definitely recommend her, and her loyal clients would probably agree as well.

I have had a mental block when it comes to pushing off my injured ankle for fear of repeating injury. My physical therapist introduced dribbling and passing exercises to distract me from focusing on reinjury. I have made a lot of progress, and I am very appreciative that he found creative ways to push me forward. The facility is top-notch. There is a huge turf field, a fully equipped weight-training area, and there is a lot of energy filling the wide-open space. Hello, my name is Brian and I would like to share my story with you, hopefully what happened to me…read moredoesn't happen to more people. I joined my local planet fitness in Bellevue Washington. The club was decent and at first a good deal. A few weeks after joining the gym I was doing bench press and ended up tearing my left rotator cup. I immediately knew something was wrong. I went to the doctor and they sent me to physically therapy for 3 months which didn't impress the injury. During this time i ask the manager to cancel my membership because i couldn't lift anything. He said you just paid your yearly membership so why don't i pause it. I did that and continued to getting a MRI and finding a Surgon. I realized one day my account was being billed and i called in and ask why i was being billed. The manager said i will work on it and you won't be billed tell you come back to the gym. Here I am a few years later and I just realized i have been paying for my membership for months. I went in and talk to some smart kid maybe 20 years old that basically told me there was no one i could talk to about this. No managers name, told me no manager was there. Said there was no phone number i could call to get my money back. No costumer service phone number???? Anyways I asked to cancel on the spot and they said your still getting billed for this next month......I got furious and felt like i was really just a number and not a person. Finally a manager cameout and helped me cancel. I was billed close to $1000 dollars over the last few years and i asked to have my account paused. If you do join, make sure you watch them like a hawk, only work with managers to get things handled on your account and know there is know one you can talk to if you ever have a problem with your bill. I maybe used my membership 10 times during this whole time. Buyer Beware!!
