This is definitely one of those small independently owned businesses, which means you will certainly pay WAY OVER the listed price that you see on their website. Went in and talked to Star who was absolutely wonderful to talk. I truly can't say enough good things about him. However after he got the numbers back from his manager the price (including tax, title, & tags, INSANE DEALERSHIP FEES) was $9,500 above the online price. If you see something you like certainly be prepared to bring your wallet, however you are much better off going to a name brand dealer. I was mislead and lied to by Manager Ignacio or salesperson Nicole. They are very deceiving and scammers. They attempted to make me believe their numbers. I was shocked when I double-checked with my bank/creditor. I Walked in with 2 great credit scores 800+, money for down payment and trade in, all they had to do was call my creditor because I was pre-qualified. They worked with our creditor Capitol One, it shouldn't of been a problem. Yeah right. They ran multiple credit applications WITHOUT MY HUSBAND AND I PERMISSION to the same creditor, my creditor for the same vehicle which caused multiple hard inquiries on my credit report. I authorize one based on pre-qualified offer summary and reference number which they DID NOT USE AFTER ASSURING ME THEY WOULD. When I called Capital One because they wouldnt provide me a breakdown of a payment that was ridiculous higher than quotes from my pre-qualification ($200+ dollars monthly). Capital One exposed them on a conference call while there, they were caught in lie after lie, from the advertised and confirmed price I was given, Gap insurance I asked for in offer summary but not added and no Warranty coverage despite the fact that I was told I had. They went from offering 28,406 to over 36k before all of "their" fees. Ignacio continued to walk out of the office when the call was in progress. I didn't know the snake was logged into another computer and making edits to credit applications to cover his lies. Capital One helped me with timestamps to confirm what was being done behind our backs to try and cover up their inflation of numbers that they did not want to disclose. I've bought multiple vehicles from dealerships, but this was the worst experience. They are a joke. No itemized bill or contract but want me to sign before finalizing or providing a real contract. I promise you if you read their recent reviews. This is not the 1st time. I wish I went SOMEWHERE ELSE. It's not worth it. read more

At that point, the salesperson showed us the price that was $4k more than the advertisement. We showed him the ad on autotrader. He said they don't place those ads so it does not include the fine print that says to get the advertised price you have to qualify for $1500 loyalty discount, $1500 military discount and $1000 dealer discount. We only qualified for the dealer discount so we would have to pay the additional $3k. Totally deceptive business practices! Do not buy anything from these people. read more

John was wonderful! He made sure I was able to get approved for the car I wanted and off the lot as quickly as possible. Update, the car that was sold to me less than a month ago has been experiencing issues smh. The horn doesnt work, although John assured me he fixed it before I drove off the lot & the transmission started slipping shortly after. So far, their only solution is to have the car repaired using the warranty that I purchase, but isn't even applicable because warranty doesnt cover as its viewed as a pre-existing condition. My husband and I went back to speak with John & his manager and now we have to wait until they can find a repair shop that will accept my warranty instead of just giving us a different car! Smdh! I will never recommend another person shopping here! Update** They "Fixed" the car, but used my warranty to do it, which required $100 deductible, which I refused to pay, so the manager, Alex paid it. This was less than a month ago now. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! First, the owner Ahmed has no regard for ethical standards or respect for the customer. They charged $3000 in dealer fees. Car was listed for $21,000 and we ended up paying $30,000. Not to mention the car had MANY issues wrong with it after leaving the dealer which costed me $2500 and the car fax they showed said it was clean. The owner tried blaming us and was being extremely disrespectful when we told them they sold us a faulty car. Now im trying to obtain the liscence plates from them and was told on the phone they have no record of us buying the car from them!!! I have made a complaint with **NJ Better Bussiness bureau and **NJ Consumer Affairs and also made a complaint with **Motor Vehicles regarding the plates. They are a fraud bussiness and the owner should be ashamed of how he treats his customers. My husband and I went into the dealership yesterday based on an ad they have on Facebook market. The car is advertised for 7386. We went in telling them we were paying cash. They said the car initial price was 11,995 but with discounts for military, returning customers and dealership discount it comes to 7386. I explained it doesn't say anything about that in the ad on Facebook. They responded with saying they don't know who posts the ads on Facebook and that it states it on their website. Currently, on the website with no mention of the car price being that amount due to discounts being offered. It lists the car as 11,995 scratched out and it says now only 7386. They also said they post different pricing to bring customers in. So then it went from 11,995 to 10 something because they were only going to give us the dealership discount and not military/veteran discount (even though we're both veterans). They said they were willing to give us the price that is advertised on Facebook, but only if we financed so they could make their money from the bank. We walked out. They called about 15 minutes later stating they don't know why we want to pay cash, to save our money so we can just finance. We explained that's not saving money because due to financing you are going to be hit with interest charges. Stay away!!! They are scammers! I printed the brochure as well of the car that is currently on their website, that again mentions nothing of the price listed being due to discounts! Came an hour away to purchase a car straight cash. The manager thought he was a hot shot. Let me ask you something, Would you rather make 13,000 straight cash and sell or would you rather not sell because you may lose a couple thousand dollars from the listing price? You decide. Stated he was in the car dealership business for ten years like that matters to me and stated he was in 4 dealerships within the ten. I see why he had to move from place to place.
