Ask Fabian , if they have the equipment to do wheel alignments? Before you discuss suspension work…read more. You must insist on having an alignment done immediately after any suspension work is completed. Let alone a complete high end suspension installation. Any suspension work changes the geometry of your vehicle. So "Before paying" insist on test driving your vehicle with Fabian". Take your vehicle up to 50km/h , if it works as expected ? Then attempt the #1 hwy. Once you are satisfied , pay the bill . If you are not satisfied. Allow Fabian to work on your suspension , until you are satisfied. You must have another wheel alignment , Immediately after suspension work , before driving. Fabian , Please inform your customers you do not have the equipment or the room to do wheel alignments. Safety needs to be first! My original build , I gave WestCoastoffroaders an unlimited budget . All parts and labor just over $23000.00 . Then Fabian advised , just drive your truck for 500 km. Don't worry about it being all over the road. I have the email from the night I drove my truck home. Anyone can do a Google search "is an alignment required immediately after a new suspension is installed?" Answer = YES! To intimidate , ridicule someone for writing an honest review? Calling a review "HARRASEMENT" . Because it's not 5 stars? Or counting how many times I used the edit button. This is important information for customers. The last conversation I had with Fabian. Fabian told me his receptionist said I called him a name ,"R€¥@£D". I explained are you not use that word?. Fabian decided to berate me , while driving his car with his girlfriend in his car, I gave back as good as I received. That was the reason he gave for not allowing me to come back to the shop to have $30,000 worth of parts and labor warrantied , checked on , etc. Not once did I have a negative word towards his receptionist or any other employee at WestCoastoffroaders . Fabian you and your receptionist need to tell customers you do not have the equipment to do alignments. Unless you have the equipment now? After suspensions are installed . You need to drive the vehicle to a professional business , that does alignments. Immediately after the suspension work is done . Before test driving , let alone , delivering it to the customer ! End of ! Then go for a drive with the customer in the vehicle and make sure the customer is satisfied before asking for payment . Westcoastoffroaders should welcome, constructive criticism. Thank the customer for taking the time to make an honest review . Ask the customer to come in for help if needed . My truck drove as new before the suspension was installed. Then was UNDRIVABLE with the new suspension. We had to install a Steering Gearbox: RedHead and a PSC CYLINDER ASSIST STEERING KIT | BOLT ON. Then an alignment at the ford dealership. Who recommended other parts be replaced. I gave you an unlimited budget to westcoastoffroaders , with specific instructions , if anything comes up , fix it as new. Why wasn't this all done the first time. The only thing you owe me? Is an apology . I also talked to a lady by the name of Fiona. She was amazing. Also in my case , parts were not returned. You must discuss this with Fabian , before work commences , which parts you would like returned. Then trust but verify. One specific part was never returned. Also , after the receptionist explained they have a problem with parking lot vandalism. The receptionist and Fabian promised my truck would be kept inside the shop overnights while in their possession. Instead my truck was left in the parking lot , the paint was significantly scraped on both drivers doors. Fabian explained he wasn't certain if it was done by vandals or one of his employees. Not what I was expecting to hear. Fabian did step up and offered to have his friend repair the damage. His friend did his best. I gave him 3 attempts. He was in disbelief , after witnessing the offset of my front hub , shifting the passenger wheel significantly past the fender compared to the drivers side. Fabian agreed to fix the problem , "no problem mate". The Ford Dealership asked where the original Trac Bar was , the asked if they wanted me to call WestCoastoffroaders for me, because the one that came with the Carli suspension was too long. Fabian told me "the Trac Bar from CarlI suspension has lots of adjustment don't worry about it, mate". Drop the truck off. He said it was completed and ready to be picked up. I didn't even look at the offset. I trusted Fabian. Only to arrive home and discover the work was not done , again ... lol ! Rather - Fabian explained the front axle thread count was in spec. Why not tell me before I discovered this myself. I called Carli suspension They agreed with Ford , the factory Trac Bar Is the only other option. Just an honest review , constructive criticism , no hard feelings. My only request , Fabian please learn from your mistakes. customers please learn from my mistakes.

Fab and his team are great. They get the job done with highest quality and great service. I just…read morestarted working with them and I highly recommend them.
